I WILL NOT GO INTO DETAIL BUT NEVER AGAIN SHALL WE PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM WHEELS DEALS, THE LIST OF ISSUES ARE ENDLESS FROM THE START OF THE DEAL. THE WARRENTY NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON. IN MY OPINION THEY SHOULD CALL THE COMPANY "STEER CLEAR LTD" RATHER THAN "WHEELS DEALS"

I went to Wheels Deals to look at a car for my son. I recognised and understood that the car had not been prepped for sale and saw it in torrential rain. I noticed and pointed out a dent in the driver’s door and a large patch of missing paint on the bumper. I was told that these would be repaired. I agreed to a £200 holding deposit and called the following Friday to be told that the car would be ready for a test drive on the Monday. We arranged that I would test the car and, if all OK, would take it away on the Tuesday. On Tuesday, I set off from Buckinghamshire and called Wheels Deals on the way as a belt and braces. I called four times. Not once was the call answered, not even by a message taker or even an answer phone. I arrived to be told that the car had an electrical fault and might be ready later in the day. It wasn’t. No one at Wheels Deals had had the basic courtesy to call me and save me a long wasted journey. It was agreed that Wheels Deals would bring the car to me, which they did on the following Friday. The dent in the door had not been repaired. The large patch of missing paint was not repaired. There was a rip in the passenger seat which was not there when I first saw the car. The Salesman told me that he would drop the price a little to allow me to buy touch up paint from Halfords! I was told that they would send me an AA check certificate – they did not. I was told that the car had a full service history. The Service book showed no service for the last 25,000 miles. Unsurprisingly, I did not go ahead with the purchase I have called their Accounts Department three times, requesting the return of the £200 holding deposit; each time being told that someone would call me back. Needless to say, nobody has. They are patently hoping that I will forget the £200 and go away. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Wheel Deals sell really bad cars and when you bring them back for repair they use secondhand parts and patch it up, i have had my car back 5 times still pouring out steering fluid and other problems. Now taking legal action.

Mejdi at Wheels Deals is lovely and genuine. I bought my first ever car last week and am extremely happy with the car and customer service. He listens, never felt pushed to buy and feels like a family member helped me buy my fist car. Would recommend
This car dealership is good. Mejdi is a lovely man who delivers on his promises. I bought a used 2007 Vauxhall corsa had rust on the bonnet and he went the extra mile to replace the whole bonnet for me. He also gave me brand new license plates and much more. I would recommend Wheels Deals and make sure to speak to Mejdi.

Wheels Deals. Perhaps they mean well, but here is my experience. Ignoring the fact that the car dropped value by about £2000 a month or so after purchase, the following was not to inspire confidence. On purchasing a car from them, they promise: - AA Check (did not happen) - A Free Service (did not happen) - A proper clean (they did a quick last minute thing) Also came with a: - Broken left mirror - Broken rear headrest Granted, the above might have been done if I did not need the car urgently but Wheels Deals assured me they would deal with all of the above once I bring the car back after a month or so. After a Month or so: I had been out to Europe with the car but to try and get the above outstanding bits sorted I drove back to London at a cost of about £300 to me and a 14 hour travel time each way. To make sure they had plenty of time to prepare I started reminding them about 2 weeks before I brought the car back, often quoting the list of outstanding things. Three days after coming back to pick up the car, they had managed to fix the broken left side mirror and nothing else. After a bit of an annoyed moan, they checked the oil ... At this point I pointed out that I will not be able to bring it around again for a long time .. .again they assured me this is not a problem... After a long time (+/- 9 months) I again contact them.. now some people have left ... I am passed between various personnel ... eventually a sales person type assures me they will do it all...just bring the car... At this point hope is all but dead and buried ... Again...two weeks prior notice... lists of outstanding issues and the empty assurances I had by now become used to .. On pulling in to Wheels Deals with the car of course I am now dealing with yet another person I had never spoken to and explaining the issue is again painful and I am told that they can not do a service or fix the stuff because the car had been out and used for too long... again I try to explain WHY this is so and that currently my total costs are standing at about £600 in travel costs and will be ending in a combined driving time of about 60 hours because they keep making a mess of things. They keep the car and I am soon called by yet a new person and told about the cost of the service and if I would like them to do one... for the gazzilionth time I explain the situation ... disgruntled Wheels Deals person says this is not possible and that he would have to check the books... I invite him to do so, the car, after all, was never given it's service, AA check etc. Day three I try to find out more and I am told the car is ready for collection.... No mention of a service in the log book ... missing rear headrest (they originally took it out and kept it...they have also not given this back to me even though I also requested they at least do that if they're not going to keep their word and fix the outstanding issues) .. no AA check... makes me wonder if they even did the service (although they do purport to have done..) Use at own risk ... probably safer to get your car stuff done elsewhere.

I received an honest assessment of my car and did not feel pressured into committing to anything. Would use this dealer again. Thank you Ammar!

I purchased a vehicle in October 2017, on arriving at Heathrow. Found the service to be acceptable even though have been negotiating on line as well having paid the deposit, it was not ready. I spent money in cleaning up the vehicle and replacing a few worn out accessories. On Christmas Day on collecting my wife from Heathrow at 4.45 in the morning, my vehicle broke down. My troubles have not stopped, 2 new motors, unacceptable courtesy vehicles, and yesterday it lost all power. We are relocating to the UK and have incurred in excess of 1500 pounds in car hire, as well as arranging for transport of the vehicle to Middlesex and loss of pay. No amount was offered as compensation, and the answer to taking the vehicle back...well you cannot get your full price ..it has depreciated. This amount we can ill afford, and while they replaced the motors, their response is now that it is wear and tear. I stay in Gloucestershire and work in Bristol, and a reliable vehicle is imperative for me to earn a living. My wife is relocating later in the year, and will DEFINITELY NOT recommend her purchasing a vehicle from them. In the 5 months I have owned the vehicle, it has been on the road for less than half the time. How this vehicle passed the AA test and MOT is beyond me...as well as not sure on the accuracy of the service history? My vehicle I sold prior to me relocating in SA was 10 years old, and certainly was amazing compared this vehicle, which is 5 years younger.. As for consumer protection, and the warranty of the vehicle, sadly this is lacking. THIS IS CERTAINLY NOT WHAT I EXPECTED!!!! The staff were always exceeding apologetic and helpful..after reading all the bad reviews, they are obviously have lots of experience...

I cant recommend this dealership with all the issues I had with my Volkswagen. The car originally was good value for money but now I've had to spend money on issues which are still ongoing its no longer good value. The car was quite clean though.

I bought a car from Wheels Deals back in March, the car has had so many issues right from day one, that I've had to sort out myself. The only good thing I can say about them is the car was a good price. I wouldn't recommend though!
