I have purchased a car from Wheels Deals and overall it is in perfect condition. The pictures and the advert were very accurate, as well as the staff members who were informative and very kind.

I was sold an unroadworthy vehicle - confirmed when a proper mechanic gave the car a service. The car had not been properly serviced for about 4 years and there was evidence of "bodging" of breaklines amongst other serious issues a proper mechanic would have recognised. Fortunately they acted quickly once I had submitted the report from my mechanic but the fact is: the car should never have been sold in the first place and I and my family were, either knowingly or unknowingly, sold a death trap for a car. From looking over the comments on this page it looks like I am not the only one who has experienced this so I must warn the general public that Wheels Deals Ltd do not seem to have learnt from their past mistakes. The attitude of the gentleman who dealt with my claim (and eventual refund) was most unapologetic and he even had the bare-faced cheek to blame me for causing the issues! I would suggest that, until they clean up their act (in checking vehicles over properly and getting proper mechanics to prepare the vehicle for sale) the public steers well clear.

Never go to Wheels Deals Ltd, I bought a car from there it was a disaster after 2 months with in those months the car didn't last a full week. I had to take it to a real garage to get fixed up costing me over £1000, highly not recommend. The cars are fixed by inexperienced mechanics from what I can tell, there were bolts missing, the car came back with a scratch on a bumper the customer service is appaling. They've basically sold me a death trap, I don't feel comfortable driving the car it's not fair there, its all nice before you buy there cars.

Wheels Deals Ltd is a very unprofessional dealer. During viewing a car the salesman tried every trick I the book to gloss over damage and issues with the car. The wheels of the car were clearly damaged to point of needing a refurbishment, but I was told these would polish up to brand new. Defects were pointed until I noticed them. The salesman was very ill informed as to technical details about the car and generally very patronising. Wheels Deals are definitely worth avoiding.

This is the kind of dealer that will try to hide any problem of the car you are willing to buy. Bought a car there and since I had little experience in buying used cars I have been quite swindled. One week after buying I had to change the wipers (front and rear) cause they were more than used, the gearbox stick went stiffer and stiffer over the weeks, it was very hard to select gears, told this to the seller asking for fixing under warranty (cause YES I had a warranty..), he refused.I had to take the car to a proper garage and fix it, cost me £120. But the most dangerous thing is one tyre that was suffering pressure loss every two weeks, went to a tyre service and they found out the tyre was CUT on the inside, real danger. I had to change 3 tyres in the end because the two in the front were under the legal limit. I still have a parking light that doesnt work, the anti theft wheel nut was missing from the car, the DVD drive of the Sat NAV doesn't work well and it crashes after 1 hour of use. Stay out of there.
