If i could leave a 0 star rating i would. After sourcing the car online and getting to a deal I then called to leave a holding deposit. I then sold my car for a much reduced price to enable me to get this particular car. Emails and calls then followed to discuss the specification and the collection date and even arrangements to get picked up from the train station... 3 days later i get a call from the used car sales manager to tell me (no apology at all) that there had been an issue and that my car was already sold when i left the deposit. I'm 100% sure that this is fabricated as they couldn't give me any specifics and the correspondence didn't match with the story given. I asked to speak to a manager and got fobbed off but I maintained the fact that i needed to speak to someone and got a call from someone the next day, who apologised but also used a version of the same fabricated story, told me that the ICT systems had glitches! Anyway, contacted Audi UK who were polite but ineffective as had no power over the dealers at all. Now 4 days later I'm still waiting for my deposit back even though I have been told by 2 managers that it would be processed as a matter of urgency. I would avoid this dealer at all costs, they are untrustworthy and based on this I'm happy that I didn't buy a car from them.
