Purchased a car from this garage and it has been nothing but trouble! Michelle is all nice during the sales process yet once she receives your money, she turns into a totally different person, patronising, rude and lies constantly! When I arrived the car was filthy, covered in scratches and chips (which she previously agreed to get fixed and didnt), she told me they didn't valet the car as they did not have time due to carrying out service/mot and they only dabbed the scratches with a paint stick (correct colour from ford) but it was a noticeably different colour due to the fact it was done poorly and literally just slapped on with no care in big bulges of paint! I pushed and argued this and eventually regreattably agreed to £100 discount to go towards getting all the scratches repaired and cleaned as it was better then her original attitude of its not her issue, take it or leave it! I was told that within 72 hours of purchase I would receive a call from her own warranty salesman yet 5 weeks later still no call! No wonder due to all the issues with the car! Once I drove home, the oil light notified it was only on 32% remaining, I immediately rang and spoke to Michelle, who originally apologised and told me they were not able to reset the oil light as carried out service early, I rang ford for a 2nd opinion and they told me that white waltham is incorrect and it needs to be reset or voids warranty, I once again spoke to Michelle who got very rude, admitted she could reset the light but it would be at my own COST! This is ridiculous when it's her mistake! I rang ford and booked in with them to get the car checked over for any other issues as I was worried there could be other problems due to this garages lack of care! Ford gave me written evidence that the service had not been carried out as they tested the oil in the car and it was definitely old dirty oil, not the brand new clean oil that Michelle claimed to have used! I contacted her once again and explained to her that ford had given me written proof and asked her to either complete the service correctly or let me go to Ford and she covers the cost, to which she refused both options and told me if I don't like it, bring it back for a refund as she could easily sell the car 100 times to anyone else who walks on her forecourt so didn't really care! This customer service is appalling! I seeked legal advice after purchasing the car due to all the issues, she then informed me because of that she had kept hold of my V5 log book (ownership document) and wouldn't be sending it to me until I agreed to either return the car so she could sell it to someone else or pay for all the work to be done myself! This was blackmail, she had received my money in full yet after 5 weeks still not sent the V5 log book which shoould of been sent within 48 hours! Her emails became very hostile and rude, she was patronising at every opportunity and every email contained lies! To anyone thinking of going to this garage, I would honestly say avoid! The sales process was great and friendly but once your money is taken and if you have any issues, the atmosphere changes drastically and you are met with rude belittling comments from Michelle and nothing but lies, with no care at all!
I recently had an oil and filter change at the white waltham garage. I was charged for 1.5 hours labour for a 20 min oil change. When i have had the same work done before on my car i have only been charged 0.5 hours labour, i also called a few other garages to find out how long this would take (they all said half hour!) When i questioned this with Michelle, she said this was 'normal' for this type of work and her tone started to become ruder and harsher. Needless to say i am not going back!
I've used White Waltham Garage for a number of years to service and MOT my family's cars. They are friendly, do excellent repairs all at a competitive price. But last week they hit a truly new high in customer service. We broke down on the M25 and whilst waiting for the AA recovery service I called WWG and asked if I could have the car taken there so they could repair it. By this time they were near their closing and it was likely that by the time the AA chap got to us and then transported us on to WWG, the garage would in fact be closed. However, they advised me where to leave the stricken car in a safe place and advised me there would be a courtesy car waiting there for us. What more could a stressed out motorist wish for. For customer service, they knocked it out of the park. Furthermore, the car was repaired and returned after three working days despite their already packed level of service bookings.
I have had the lovely experience of buying a VW Golf from White Waltham Garage. My experience from beginning to end has been professional, efficient and thorough. My first phone call to the garage was speaking with a lady called Michelle who was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. She was very patient with answering all my questions and providing me with all the details in relation to my new car. My previous experiences of dealing with car dealers was never good, but White Waltham Garage has changed my view on car dealers and have regained my hope that there are honest dealers out there. My lovely new car was serviced, MOT, timing belt and water was changed and two new tyres fitted before the car was handed over to me. I have no complaints and I am really happy with my buy. I personally will not go to any other dealer to buy a car and will/would highly recommend White Waltham Garage to anyone looking for an honest car dealer where they can purchase a reliable car.

Called in for a quote for 4 new tyres. Really friendly and helpful. Arranged an appointment. Tyres changed in less than an hour. White Waltham Garage did just what they said they would. Great service.

I purchased a Hyundai I30 from White Waltham Garage and I am absolutely over the moon with it. From the very beginning they were brilliant, The initial call into the Garage was answered quickly I was not sure really what I wanted but they invited me to come into the Garage to have a look around and to sit in and test drive several different cars to find what I liked . Very patient and a great selection of cars to !!! I never thought about a Hyundai and I am so glad that I went to White Waltham Garage as I would probably have bought another Fiesta ( I always buy Fiesta's ) The car has been amazing and a great price to !! I have since gone back to have a service and MOT, great team Highly recommend. Thank you White Waltham Garage.
I bought a car from this garage in good faith. When i went to pick the car up on the day we had agreed it was not valated as promised, and was dirty inside. Within a week i realised that the petrol gauge was broken. The garage were unhelpful and wouldnt even look at it. The owner of the garage was patronising and talked to me like i was a little girl. Then the car broke down twice within a fortnight of the purchase.They kept trying to persuade me not to bring the car back even though it was under warranty. I eventually persuaded them to see it. They replaced the battery and the person at the desk was utterly unpleasent with me. As i left she sarcastically said what a pleasure it had been seeing me. Do not buy a car from this garage!

Wow similar but worse story for me too!! My car was also not valeted and filthy inside but even worse was that they sold me a car in even worse condition than yours and now having to sue them for repairs having discovered the steering column aduster is missing and they chose not to mention a previous advisory about damaged wheel and almost illegal tyre, and also had damaged windscreen rubber and ineffective wipers. Over £800 work is needed to make this car fit for purpose and Michelle also like with you was patronising with me, they haven't got a leg to stand on though and now they're trying to wash their hands of the car with a refund instead of putting the car right which is my right. Disgusting place and dishonest, would never recommend.
