These people completely ripped off my sister and washed their hands of it all! They took complete advantage of her, especially using the pandemic to their advantage, and lied through their teeth about the car they mis sold her. She had worked hard to save up to buy her dream car, spent 7 grand on it, and they didn't disclose that it had a huge gash in one of its cylinders AND a huge dent in the engine!! Not to mention the satnav and air con didn't work! They also wouldn't let her test drive it (supposedly due to the pandemic but they let her sit inside it, so seems convenient for them..) she had to shell out an extra 3 grand which she asked more than reasonably for them to help with out of what she paid them, especially considering they put her in danger selling her this car without disclosing these things! They ignored her for weeks then sent her intimidating letters from their (dodgy) solicitors. Honestly, truly disgusting and reprehensible people working there. Here's to hoping someone with expendable cash can take the time and money to take them to court and put them out of business. Sadly, my 22 year old sister does not and has paid enough for trusting these scumbags. They have been reported to trading standards at the very least and more fool these guys- my sister has quite the Youtube and Instagram following and recently spoke about this in detail :) To the guy that chose my sister as an easy mark - she gave you ample and fair opportunity to make things right with her, and you resorted to scare tactics. You will no doubt get what is coming to you soon.

I Recently bought my wife an Audi Q5 from Whites Cars and couldn’t be more pleased!! The whole process from start to finish has been completely hassle free. The 2 guys we dealt with were very knowledgeable and extremely polite and friendly. All in all a fantastic experience!! We will certainly be back when we need an upgrade. Thanks again guys!! The most terrible experience!! Purchased a car from them at the beginning of the first lockdown. Had only driven the car to and from work and taken great care of it! A few months later the car completely broke down, Any form of help/ good will gesture was refused and my reputable garage found EXTENSIVE DAMAGE to the vehicle!! Cracked cylinder, a HUGE gash down the engine, had to have a whole new engine, new clutch, new cylinder and more, repairs totalling £3000! Almost half the price of the vehicle! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!

I have had a terrible experience from whites cars. I purchased an Audi Q7 from them which has caused nothing but problems for me. After taking it to an Audi specialist i have been told that there are many faults with this car including badly worn rear brake pads and discs. I had specifically requested that the brakes were checked and that they are in good condition. I was told that they are in great condition with over 10,000 miles of use left however on inspection they need to be replaced immediately. Please do your own checks on the vehicle before buying as the Salesmen may tell you incorrect information as i experienced. Would have loved to maintain a good relationship with these guys however i will be taking my business elsewhere due to this experience.

I recently bought a 320i e92 bmw from whites cars, got the car back from London and on that very same day had starting issues due to a faulty fuel pump, got the work done eventually after the guy Roy sent a faulty replacement, he then sent another which is only 50% working therefore I now have to buy a new one myself, also the car has a problem with the throttle body which is now being investigated, I’ve spent more time getting it to garages than actually enjoying the car! extremely unhappy with the car that has been sold to me!

I recently purchased a Mercedes C 180 AMG from Whites Car Sales. 10 out of 10 or customer service. Roy was fantastic from start to finish, I would definitely recommend buying another vehicle from Whites, Well Done Guys
