I purchased my car from whitestone car sales and I must say they were so polite and helpful and I love my car thanks guys.

Bought a car from Whitestone Vehicle Sales and was sold the dream and told don't worry the warranty protects you we don't mis sell anything, developed a fault within 3 days when i called them they were rude and disrespectful, and they basically told me because i got a small discount i should use the money i saved to fix this problem and go away! After persevering and speaking to another staff member i was told "yeah, you phoned first thing on a Monday that's why the person may have been rude to you" as if thats a valid excuse to talk to a customer rudely. They had switched the check engine light off and sold the car to me and when the fault re-appeared they said this fault was not covered by warranty and i have to pay to get it fixed.

Purchased a car from Whitestone Vehicle Sales, it is a fantastic car and a lovely experience in all. I will recommend them highly to friends and family. Great job guys, thank you!

Very disappointing visit. Incredibly cocky and arogant staff who think they know what they're talking about but don't. If it wasn't for the argumentative arrogance and cocky nature, they would have made a cash sale. Very bad customer services and lack of knowledge on cars and mechanics was astounding. I would recommend people to go elsewhere as the cars are not as described and trying to 'blag' everything instead on attempting to resolve issues or talking like an adult.

Purchased a car from Whitestone Vehicle Sales a couple of months ago, had a gearbox issue, called up the office and I was surprised at how well my issue was dealt with. The staff were more than happy to help and they turned my car around in just a few days. I really didn't expect that level of service 2 months after I bought it. Would recommend to a friend.
