Adam dealt with the sale which was not high value but he was charming and professional and we didn't feel second class in anyway. He even contacted the previous owner to see if he had the missing boot cover but was quite prepared to source it online if necessary. We will certainly use them again.

Having bought a car from this so called dealer 2.5months ago it’s been back 9 times for different faults don’t get me wrong it’s older so yes it’ll have some but 9 in not even 3 months is ridiculous! Drove half way home after picking the car up to realise the headlights didn’t work!! Next day got in the car and low oil warning came on to utter shock there wasn’t a drop of oil in the engine after various other faults and being lied to and trying to fob off about other faults I thought it was time to leave a true review of how these people treat their cars
Did hip check on the car and it wasn’t matching what the company has said. Very off putting and do not recommend at all.
I bought Audi A3 £14000 The salesman told me he would put new brakes all round as this was a fault I picked up on the test drive I taken the wheel off no new brakes just had get them all replaced after driving 1k miles How do you fellas sleep at night ???? Dick Turpin

changed my car in washington i am not overly enthused with car dealers on a hole but i have to give credit to this dealership i just cant fault them at all from start to finish they have gone that extra mile, my contact paul has been first class and up front five star service with all my concerns addressed and have confidence in any problems solved and would use this dealership again for a honest and up front service.

!!!! DON'T USE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I bought £11.000 66 plate car from them in May 2020 they said that the car had already had a mot and service that day.. Day 1 oil leak on the car so I took it back to the garage and they 'fixed' it, day 2 oil still leaking so i took it back again. They looked at it and said they had again fixed it.... Day 3 oil still leaking, took returning to the garage 3 times before the problem was actually fixed. 2 weeks later heard a sound coming from the breaks, to find out the back and front brake pads had rusted down to the metal. I bought new front and back pads and discs and fitted them myself. 5 months after having the car the engine light came on so I phoned whitley Bay Motors and was told to just take it somewhere else as they only give 3 months warranty on all cars, they don't fix cars they just get them ready for selling not fixing them or any problems that come with them.

Cheap auction sourced rubbish- read the warranty details very carefully - most issues will not be covered - car had to go back several times as the dealer delayed resolving the issue until the sale of goods cut off kicked in - awful tactics that I was wise to. if the car cost more than small change, the ignore any MOT or paperwork and get it independently inspected - this place relies on turnover rather than quality and it shows - get it checked. the amount of templated 5 star reviews here raises my spidey senses somewhat. Its up to you but unlike the huge fleet sourced stock at the big car supermarkets, this lot is a mixed bag
