I have just bought a car from Whitley bay motors and honestly I am slightly skeptical as far as car sales go. However, Adam dealt with my initial enquiry and allowed me to also test drive the car unaccompanied.. Even helping to transfer my children’s car seats over for the drive! I decided to go ahead with the purchase and everything was straight forward and hassle free.. Slight problem post sale but dealt with swiftly with out a fuss.. 5* and would definitely use this garage again!

I bought a C220d AMG line , the service provided was really impressive. The car developed a sensor fault and when I phoned up they told me to take it to mercedes and get it checked out . The fault was picked up and fix and they paid the bill. Brilliant customer after care. I would recommend this company 100 %.

i called to view a vw tiguan at Whitley Bay Motors and was greeted by adam, a very professonal, friendly and courteous sales rep, i was given an unaccompanied test drive and offered a very fair part exchange price for my old vehicle. all in all they offer a fantastic service and i would not hesitate to use them again, first class and thank you.

I felt no pressure to buy but once I found what I liked I was given an unaccompanied test drive and friendly helpful staff made the purchase easy and stress free. Minor after sales problem quickly solved same day. Excellent service.

i cannot recommend Whitley Bay Motors high enough, i do not normally leave reviews but was totally impressed with the service i got from the test drive [which was unaccompanied with no pressure ] to buying the car and receiving a courtesy car when a fault developed TOTALLY 100% SATISFIED .

I bought a car from Paul Riley at Whitley Bay Motors and was so impressed I had to post something. It's rare to find integrity and old school values in the car market these days but this place has it in buckets. Paul was great, efficient and not a pushy salesman - he knew his stuff and was helpful and when it came to my part-exchange, they offered me the full price with no haggling to knock a bit of here and a bit off there. Kudos to their mechanic I bought the car and they did a full MOT. When they did, their mechanic noticed the brake pads were a bit worn so even though it passed, they said if I brought it back some time after I bought it, they'd replace the pads for free. I arranged to drop it back and they sorted that and a couple of other things - no charge for parts or labour, just a handshake and passed me back my car key. Brilliant - can't recommend them enough.
