We have just purchased a Mercedes coupe from here, very friendly staff, a very easy transaction, bought from distance and had been shown a video walk-around, all paperwork done from over 200 miles away and delivered to my door! Car was as described and would highly recommend this service! many thanks from Mark
Willenhall Trade Cars sold me a VW scirocco on finance. Needed 2 new front tyres which he was reluctant too do. Payed £180. Only gave me £40. Then the rear wheel was damaged and distorted. Wouldn’t replace it and Ryan Rhodes got aggressive about it threatening me on the phone. Avoid this garage at all costs. Only after your money. Didn’t receive any warranty. Don’t wanna know after selling the car. Piss poor customer service . Shouldn’t be allowed too trade in cars. Please everyone just avoid this garage at all costs. You’ve been WARNED!!!!!!!
Carl Lodge from Willenhall Trade Cars in response to Dodgy company
We ssupplied a 2nd hand car to you...the 40 you received was for 2 part worn tyres....we are not obligated to fit new tyres...that im afraid was your choice...i cannot speak for ryan but apologise cor his manner towards you

You will see my review about these cowboys from a few years ago. I took them to court and won. I am still waiting for my money. They are Thugs. Surprised they are still trading. However if enough people complain to Trading Standards we can make life uncomfortable for them.
Denise Kones in response to Dodgy company
We had to take them to the small claims court to recover money for a car we purchased, which broke down the day after we picked it up. Yes, Ryan was very aggressive. I called the Police out to the site, they were useless and more or less sided with the dealer. It took 6 months, but we won our court case, they ended up out of pocket by an extra £500, because of the expenses we had incurred. The Bailiffs succeeded!! AVOID THIS TRADER AT ALL COSTS
Firstly let me say persistence is key here, we finally got a refund from Willenhall Trade Cars, it took 10 months a ccj and bailiffs but we got there. I feel these people are allowed to get away with their behaviour because people are put off by the process of getting a refund. Yes it is lengthy and a pain but persist, if everyone chases them for their money back from the shoddy cars they sell then maybe they will eventually stop trading. We bought a car beginning of July 2018 it went back after two days with engine overheating problems. Ryan was extremely rude, defensive and aggressive but agreed to have his mechanics (ha ha loose terminology) look at the car. Four weeks and still no car later they eventually agreed it was not fixable (head gasket) asked for refund, yes come back in a few days as no cash, repeat this several times until we give up. Had to commence small claims process as not letting the smarmy little weasel get away with it. So if you don't or haven't avoided these people and your car is as shoddy as most of the reviews on here, the moral of the story is stick to your guns and chase these low lifes all the way. You will get your money back you just have to be persistant.

Take my advice I have reported Willenhall Trade Cars to the Trading Standards. They are deciteful con man. Bought 2011 Citroen DS3. The car was unroadworthy. After 5 days took it Citroen dealership the report back 1) Suspension coil ring snapped 2) Anti roll bar corroded 3) Brake pads under the legal limit 4) Front tyres illegal 5) Oil warning light kept flashing. No oil in the engine 6) No service carried out. Fortunately i had the car on finance I managed to rewind the finance agreement. So the car went back to seller with no cost to myself. My summary Ryan Rhodes and his so called car machanics are liars and deceitful. Should not be trading. BE AWARE.
Carl Lodge from Willenhall Trade Cars in response to DO NOT TOUCH AWFUL DEALER
I do apologise for your bad experience...regretfully the car you received was not of satisfactory condition...this vehicle was sourced and as already mot'd along with time constraints, didnt get the usual inspection from our mechanic. We always try our best to ensure customers are happy, but we are not perfect and things go wrong from time to time Again sincere apologies
I found a car at willenhall trade cars on autotrader and didn’t think twice before I messaged the company showing my interest in a car.. (trusting atuotrader to use genuine company’s). I put down a holding deposit on the car, went up the next day to view it, was told it would be at the garage with it just having a fresh mot and thought all was well so agreed to purchase.. It was then I was told the garage had recently been robbed and there was no V5 available so to go to the post office and get a v6”blah blah blah”. After failing to get the car taxed to drive home they offered to deliver the car the very next day, so I took the day off work.. waited until 9pm when I finally gave up hope and messaged the Facebook page for answers. It was then that I was told they do/will not deliver to as far away as I live (60miles) I was asked to drive back up to the garage to collect the next day. I gave them a time that I would be there and reluctantly drove back to the garage.. when I arrived, the garage was locked up, in darkness!! I called 3 numbers, over 30 times and waited an hour in a trashed out car park just hoping to hear from one of them. I heard nothing. Then I read the reviews, my heart sank. But almost every single one of the replies said “if you weren’t so rude you’d have got your money”.. so I was as polite and proper as can be, not showing how angry and messed around I felt. It’s been over a month of back and forth messaging and them giving me the run around (from the garage to the trade centre back to the garage) before I finally got my deposit back. The only advise I can give is, no matter what car at what price, you are wasting your time, your money and your efforts. PLEASE AVOID!

Don't use Willenhall Trade Cars, purchased a Vauxhall Astra from this garage was told it would be fully valeted and fixed for when collecting it on arrival to collect the car was not even at the garage had to wait for it to come back from having a mot and the roof strips was not put back on the car spray painted as advised that would be done told to go back a few days later to have them put back on . On the way back driving it was flagged down by a passer by telling me my car was on fire due to it smoking and a burning smell coming from it .the next day the engine management light came on the car so took it back to the garage for a full refund owners refused to refund me and was shouting and being intimidating to me and to my partner over the phone. I seeked legal advice on getting my money back I notified the garage I was going to do it I gave them time to sort the matter out but with no reply from them I paid to get the court and high court enforcement officers involved to get my money back .it took me 8 months from the day of purchasing the car to get my money back .would stay well clear from this garage as the owners am rude and don't want to put the situations right for the rubbish cars being sold.
Carl Lodge from Willenhall Trade Cars in response to DON'T USE THIS GARAGE RUDE OWNER
Apology for what u endured, but offended by ypur comment that the owners are rude. I have never been rude or unhelpfull to any customers that i have dealt with personally Some situations are difficult and can sympathise with ypur situation We all have to learn by our mistakes and we always trying to improve the business
If I had looked at these reviews I would have never even had the time to even bother to call Willenhall Trade Cars . All the one guy called does is chat rubbish, the finance guy is even worse . They do not help people with GOOD OR BAD CREDIT RUBBISH all they do is get cars and give them to who they want im glad I did not proceed with this nonsense of a sham and people DO NOT GO AND TRY TO PURCHASE A CAME FROM THESE.

Although it is 2 years since I stupidly bought a car from Willenhall Trade Cars, I am still seething! Do not be fooled by Ryan's pleasant salesman's patter. He can turn very nasty and abusive if you dare question anything. Unfortunately I only found this out after I had paid the deposit. After picking up the car and a "wheel bearing repair" there was still a problem. That is when I found out that the 3 month warranty wasn't worth the paper it was written on. "You shouldn't have accepted the f******* car if you weren't happy. The problem was pointed out to you when you picked up the car so we are not liable" was the polite reply. I took the car to my local, trusted, mechanic who was horrified that any dealer could let a car in that condition. The "wheel bearing repair" had left the wheel wobbling and very dangerous. In all I had to pay £2000 on top of the £7500 purchase price to get the car roadworthy. PLEASE, PLEASE do not go anywhere near this so called dealership and make the mistake I did.

Willenhall Trade Cars are the most unorganised, shambolic dealership in the world. sold me a car and lost the log book, lost the second key and the repairs that he promised he would do before picking up the the car were never done. After these issues, Ryan never answered the phone, was rude and completely unprofessional; he's one of the directors of this company and he certainly sets the example; if you want to meet the basil fawlty of Car dealerships, crack on; but there's nothing funny about them. The most awful company i've ever dealt with.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR WILLENHALL TRADE CARS. Took a deposit on a car that had no V5 and suggested that it was OK to drive. It failed it's MOT - TWICE - shortly after! Ryan keeps promising me the refund - when he's occasionally calm - but refusing to pay. Like SO many others I'm about to try Trading Standards. Save yourself the heartache, ignore the pretty pictures and AVOID THESE,
