Please do not use this garage they are rude, aggressive and threatening... Car broke down after 2 weeks of having it when contacted was rude and offered my partner out on the phone! Having said if we could get the car to garage he would have a look at it; he had the car for 3 weeks to do a 2 day job. Over this time all of our calls and texts were ignored and also offered my father in law out over the phone when finally managed to contact him his words were ‘I’m 10mins away let’s sort it man to man’ When the work was finally complete we were told we would have to pay for the repairs or we would not be taking the car home. Don’t be fooled by the low prices of the cars!! Please avoid at all costs!!!

i bought peugeut 206 of these ppl had only ten days clutch went wernt interesred in repair told them i will cobtact trade standards they said tgey will fix with secondhand parts they have had tbe car two weeks and still not had it back plz plz pkz avoud these ppl tgey will con u out if every penny you have
Bought a car was told to come back for the log book as couldn't find it. anyway gave them benefit of the doubt but calls were ignored and the dealers attitude when we did get in touch was very unprofessional basically told my other half to stop phoning or else!? Wouldn't give us a refund told us to go in to get it but was always closed early so we had no choice but to go through our credit card company. His attitude is very defensive he needs to remember who the customer is
Brought my car from this dealer very happy , good car and friendly service.
As it was going to be a 3hr return journey to view a car to buy for my daughter I paid the £100 refundable deposit requested to avoid a wasted visit. The car was advertised as just serviced with 12 months MOT and further to that I was assured that is was clean and with no other problems. We arrived to find that it had just gone for its MOT and we had to wait an hour for it to return. On arrival it was filthy and there were a number of other problems that we hadn't expected and as a result she really didn't want it. Not surprising really ! The salesman (Partner) said that if I could phone him on the Monday he would refund the deposit then. I called several times Monday without much luck.. Suspecting the worst I pursued it and made more than 30 more calls along with emails and messages requesting the refund I was promised, most of which were ignored. Eventually I got half a refund a week later through sheer persistence ! Do not trust them with your money or risk visiting from any distance! Their yard is a complete mess and probably a warning sign. Although the voice on the phone when I first contacted them was friendly and seemed helpful things changed dramatically when we didn't buy the car and was both rude and aggressive. Look at there other reviews and you will see a pattern ! Not to be trusted - no morals !

Hi, I would be interested in speaking with you as I've had the same experience and now having to take them to Trading Standards. They have today been extremely aggressive, argumentative and not listened to the 10 faults of a car I have owned for 2 weeks!! Legally I am protected by Consumer rights and should receive a refund but they will not listen. 07783156033
So i purchsed car. 2 days after noticed something not quite rite. I returned multiple times to get the car addressed. Was sworn at & argued with & as a female left feeling extremely uncomfortable. In the end iv broken down several times while at work. So iv had to pay out for repairs - now applied to court to see if i can recoup any of my costs as a working single mom. Iv truly been had..

The car broke I bought from WIllenhall Trade Cars down after a couple of hundred miles, dealership was not interested when I phoned and just swore at me down the telephone, submitted on behalf of my daughter in law.
Brought a car from Willenhall Trade Cars in September it was perfect. I went back 6 months later and purchased a second car. Advertised it had been serviced I got an independent mechanic to check it had no oil or filter change. Took it back to the garage to be told I was a liar and be surrounded by 4 men arguing that there was nothing wrong with it. AVOID they might be cheap but it costs twice the price in the long run.

My partner and I have had the same problems as the people in the other reviews it cost him nearly more than the car was worth in repairs avoid like the plague

OMG.. Same 2 days after purchase i noticed an issue. Repeatedly went back to be sent away with flea in my ear saying i was imagining things.. Ended up paying for several repairs worth more then i paid for the car. Horrific avoid this place.
Willenhall Trade Cars should be avoided at all costs. They let my daughter down in the most horrendous way when we tried to purchase her first car. They took £100 deposit and promised to sort out a mechanical issue, give 12 months MOT, repair body work, put on new wheel trims and Valet the car. They say that they carried out the mechanical repair but a noise still remained, none of the other agreed items were addressed. They refused to repay our £100 deposit and got very agressive with us. (Very threatening) We are taking them to court. Stay clear!!

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase and you are not required to accept a repair. As per Citizens advice bureau. They are making a report to Trading Standards. They were fully aware of fault before purchase and another fault was discovered. A great big hole in an air conditioning pipe. Said you don't need air conditioning. Alleged break in at site - not reported to Police. Says it all.
I bought a ford focus from Willenhall Trade Cars back in April. The service was good initially and the salesmen were helpful but the after care wasn't so good. The car had a nasty rattle coming from the engine which has still not been repaired by the dealership. They have found the root of the issue but are reluctant to do the repairs due to the cost. So unfortunately based on my experience I would not recommend this dealership.

This behaviour seems typical of this dealership. They employ aggressive intimidating behaviours to anyone who dares to challenge them. AVOID THEM AT ALL TIMES.
According to their website Willenhall Trade Cars stocks over 40 cars at any one time and also offers a 12 month free AA breakdown cover.
