Brilliant service all around! The car was valeted and in good condition and up to now I have no issues with it at all. Its great value for money. The dealers have been really friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.

Would recommend! I bought my Vauxhall Astra from here back in June and up to now I have had no problems. The car was all cleaned and polished when I collected it. My only criticism is that the two front tyres needed changing which he said I would have to get changed myself but other than that I am really happy and would recommend this dealership.

bought a car is not'm not happy, have engine trouble, already send him letters but he has not yet answered any this week he did not answer I will have to go to court, he was a sincere person he already had answered me
APPALLING GARAGE AND SERVICE!!! Saw a car for sale which had a mileage of 61,000 miles on the clock. Even though it was 160 mile round trip from Manchester to Telford I thought it was worth it so gave the owner a call to confirm the details. Informed that all the details were correct so put a £50 deposit down to hold the car, believing that the information recorded on the advert and as told by the owner of the garage to be true. Arrived at the 'garage' (bit of a ramshackle looking business). Went across to the car which we thought was probably the right one although different price on the front of the car than advertised, eventually attended to by the manager who appeared very nice to start with. He confirmed the price had been reduced so we asked for the keys and as soon as we entered the car we noticed immediately that the mileage was double (over 120,000) on the clock so questioned this. The Manager asked us to telephone the owner and then sent his wife across to deal with us, no doubt going for the softly softly approach!! We telephoned the owner who was not very pleasant at all and stated that '£50 was not going to make me rich or you poor' refused to put this back into my bank as he stated the car had never been advertised as a car with a mileage of 61,000 miles. I pointed out that we would most certainly have not made the journey had the car's accurate mileage been advertised. He was unable to understand this and point blank told me he would not be refunding the money. The Manager then asked us what the problem was and appeared to be unaware that we had put a deposit down, stating that of course he would refund the money to us and please give him a ring on the Friday and he would make the bank transfer. Made the call on the Friday with my bank details and he informed it would be in the next day. One week later after hearing such excuses such as 'my grandmother has been ill' 'the admin lady's grandmother has been ill', 'we've done the bank transfers in two different batches so may not appear just yet!!' I could go on ans on ....I eventually made one last attempt to telephone the manager to give him the benefit of the doubt and stick to his word but he is now not taking my calls!! Absolutely appalling service, the staff don't seem to mind telling people one thing and doing another and they still owe me £50, I WOULD NOT GO NEAR THIS GARAGE AGAIN!!!

Hi the milage was told to this lady and still though the car was a good deal to hold car till they arrived we took a non refundable deposit as told to customer which they agreed when arrived they looked at car and said about milage and showed on advert as 120000 so I disagree with your comments
i have had 2 cars now from here no problems at all very helpful and pleasent . very happy thats why ive gone back for 2nd car next weekend

Never in a million years would I recommend Williams and Sons!!! Travelled 75 miles after 4 days of trying to buy a car and every excuse you could imagine was given!!! Awful customer services poorly run outraged by the way that I an 8 months pregnant woman had been treated!!! Awful awful awful!!! Don't buy it!!!!
