I bought a car from Williams Car Sales which broke down on the way home and when I rang I was told they could not do anything until the morning. The car was on the road for about 10 days in 6 weeks and when I wanted my money back because it was not fit for purpose I was told by William the boss he would wait for the solicitors letter. Granted I was lent a courtesy car but later found out that this car had been sold. When I got mine back it had 150 more miles on the clock and the back seats and carpets were filthy when no one had been in the back when we left it there. This place is terrible, I have reported them to trading standards. They are moving to Crewe. Use at your peril !
The salesman (Rob) sold me an Alfa Romeo and I can not fault it. Ive had it 2 months so far and its been faultless. The whole process was very easy. Thank you.
I do not have a bad word to say about this dealership. I purchased a Corsa a few months back and the whole process was really quick and easy. The car was really nice and clean and in brilliant condition and The staff were excellent.

Heartbroken, brought a car and its on its way to salvage not even 12 months. To make it worse William and Rob have done nothing to help only lie and fob me off. Over £2000 and what for can not afford to buy another car, so back to the bus for me. Just want to warn you all please be careful, don't let this happen to you.
Bought a car from Williams Car Sales, we got it cheap he said £2,300 not a lot of money he said, broke down in Scotland then got compounded, yes he never sent the log book. Had to then have it towed to garage leave it there. Got to work so had get a flight back fetch the car stay in bed & breakfast drive it 6 hours back. Took back to garage rang daily to be told WILLIAM would phone back. No he never did! Got car back covered in mould on the inside, no repair done car needs to be scrapped cost more to put right than we paid. Please be aware of this garage before you buy, they know every trick in the book.
I purchased a BMW from here in August. The dealers were very helpful and friendly and the car was in perfect condition. It was a great price and I have only had one issue which wasn't the dealerships fault and has been sorted, I would happily recommend this dealership.

I actually rejected the car I purchased from this dealership. The car had failed it's MOT and needed new parts so I was waiting for them to get it sorted and every time I tried to arrange a day to collect it they said it wouldn't be possible to collect it that day and eventually I got tired of it and asked for my money back. I wouldn't buy a second hand shopping trolley from them.

We were waiting on parts for your vehicle too go out correctly or it would not of passed a mot am sorry if you think this is wrong but surely it is the right way too do it as it would of had no MOT
JUST BOUGHT A KIA SORENTO BEST DEAL AROUND SUPER VALUE WAS A ISSUE WITH A TYRE BUT THEY REPLACED WITH NO QUESTIONS
I bought a Peugot 207 from Williams car sales back in April. There have been a few issues with it and it need sot go back for them to have a look at it. There is a rattling noise coming from somewhere near the exhaust and I have also had issues with the power steering. The car was not sold as described. There is no CD player and the ad said it did have one and the car was very dirty which considering they have a valeting team on site this is pretty poor. I am disappointed and I would not recommend this dealership.

They were turning off the airbag and engine warning lights before delivery without investigating the causes! Con men
