Took My Landrover in to repair windscreen wipers. Car was dropped off at 09.00, still had not heard a peep by 15.00 so i phoned , was told its not even been looked at but was next. 16.39 got call saying technician had gone home for the day but would be in Saturday, Saturday waited for a call ( they said Friday they would ring) none came so i rung them at 13.50 to be told the service team had gone home at 13.00!!!! left with no car for getting to work now !!!
I strongly encourage you to conduct thorough research on this dealership prior to making a purchase. Their customer service does not meet acceptable standards, and unfortunately, you may find that your vehicle spends more time in their service department than in your driveway. The dealership does not appear to embody the family-run values they promote, instead prioritising profit over customer satisfaction. In my experience, the General Manager, Gary, and the Managing Director, Guy, have demonstrated a lack of professionalism. A gesture such as providing a replacement tyre and a service which is at no cost to themselves is inadequate in light of the nine return visits, numerous emails and phone calls, loss of personal income, and a total of five weeks during which the vehicle was in their service garage within the six weeks of ownership. While they may be courteous during the purchasing process, communication and support seem to diminish significantly once the transaction is complete. I would personally choose not to return to this establishment and would not recommend it to others based on my experience.

I took my range rover autobiography to Williams JLR in Manchester. They told me it takes 2 hours I left there after 3 hours. The person who washed the car inflicted some very noticeable ding and scratches on the car. In hindsight I should have refused the car being washed and taken it away after the service. Another time they washed my BMW and damaged the paint work on the bonnet. Totally incompetent dealership.
They took my deposit on USED Discovery but sold to someone else for more money presumably. At the last minute the Guy Called Reg Jamil kept lying over the phone. When I asked to speak with Manager, he said he is the manager BUT HE IS NOT. Somehow, I get in touch with Sales manager called Niel Haddock and he was biased too. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BRANCH EVER. DISHONEST, LIAR AND WILL HURT YOUR EMOTIONS.

I was surprised but also not surprised to see this slime balls name mentioned again. I used to work with Reg Jamil where he was a ‘sales manager’ somewhere else. He spent his days harassing sales admin girls trying to impress them with his fake luxury bags. Distrusting pervert of a man.

Bought a range rover evoke just 3 months ago Had to go back in for a service and grinding noise from rear breaks. They informed me that there was rust on the disks which was causing the noise and it would cost me another £511 to put right. Just make sure that you check everything and check your disks for rust as they will charge you for this

Using Covid as an excuse to provide no customer service. If you want a hire car there is a month’s waiting list. On collecting your car you are left sitting around for half an hour at least without attention. Any staff member passing avoids eye contact you might have the plague! This lack of attention applied to all those customers waiting not just me. Car not cleaned inside (covid excuse) or outside only one Valeter apparently and I guess I wasn’t worthy. I wanted to buy another car from them today but if they treat loyal customers like this they will join the companies to go out of business as a result of Covid excuses to not provide a service. It’s not that difficult to social distance in a huge showroom and provide a good service

Still awaiting my spare key 16 days after I picked up discovery 5 . The back bumper was badly scratched it was a new one after they had fitted tow bar no mats in car.Bracket retaining rear mats missing . All items should have been picked up on pre delivery. Very quick on replying when buying a new car . The opposite after you have purchased.
After always taking my car to Guy Salmons knutsford and always being treated so badly and it being the worse service ever it was a breath of fresh air to come to Williams Trafford, Fantastic service, great staff who couldn’t do enough to help me and in fact went out there way over and above anything I was expecting.
