After always taking my car to Guy Salmons knutsford and always being treated so badly and it being the worse service ever it was a breath of fresh air to come to Williams Trafford, Fantastic service, great staff who couldn’t do enough to help me and in fact went out there way over and above anything I was expecting.
Appalling service today. Went into the Landrover Garage at Trafford Manchester. Waited around and was not approached by a sales person.. had to ask to see someone.. when I asked why there was no one on the shop floor the sales person replied we don’t come onto the shop floor , we wait in the back.. he was totally uninterested in a sale of a new car..off to Stockport where the sale service is fab.
Really poor service and car came out worse than it went in.Went in for radio problem and came out same problem and now updated software.Sat navigation no longer works.Said car booked in then not then it is then it’s not.Left does not know what right is doing.Taken else where maybe new and local but not again.

Williams Land Rover in Manchester have Abusive staff, peeling paint, old brakes, dodgy dpf, cars done 6,000 mile in 3 years driven more courtesy cars than the actual car and can’t now get used to it
If I could give minus stars, I would! The level of incompetence at Williams Land Rover Manchester is absolutely astounding. Needed a very small part replacing on the door of my car. Rang to get it booked in, told the booking department would ring me back the next day. They didn’t, I rang back, was told the exact same. This was repeated 7 times over the space of 5 weeks before I was ACTUALLY contacted by the bookings department to book the car in. I was then told by the woman in bookings that it would take another MONTH to get my car booked in. She said it was due to having to order the part in and get it painted, despite me being told 2 weeks prior by the parts department that that takes a matter of days! She then said it’s their (stupid) protocol to do it Thai way because people order their parts and don’t turn up for them so the part is painted on the day of the booking. Surely if the person has paid for the part, does it matter if they turn up or not? It’s their loss at that point! I offered to pay for the work rather than go through warranty to be told it would make no difference. My car is getting wrapped and I need this part replacing and if I had been able to get my car booked in 5 weeks previously when I originally phoned then It wouldn’t be an issue. I’d say it’s like working with monkeys, but that would be offensive to monkeys. Avoid this Land Rover at all cost, much more competent ones in the area that actually have a clue what they’re doing.
I drive Range Rover evoge I took it Range Rover Williams at Manchester. The problem with my car was the exhaust sistem it was letting in emissions into the cabin, I wanted this problem to be sorted professionally so I took it there thinking I would get the professional service, so when it eventually came back I was billed £970, £700 was laber and £270 was parts gas kits and filters. I was treated like a king for that sort of money I was expected that. I paid and took the car away with guarantees that the job has been done to a hi level, I took this car on the Friday it was back in with the same problem by Monday it was in there for another week they gave me back the car a week later assuring the problem has gone with 2 more filters put in I took it again for a day and the problem is still there so I confronted Range Rover again and they told me that there was no problem with the car and they've done everything they can so I took away the car baffled I desided to take it to another garage they gone to the job straight away it cost me another £800 to get the job rectified the garage told me with a very in-depth investigation that Range Rover didn't do any work on the car. They proof this to me by taking photos and calling me in the garage to see them working on the vehicle, I was horrified with what they said straight away I confronted Range Rover they response was pure denial I knew I wasn't going anywhere with them even tho I had proof of the work not been done, ie/photographyc evidence and the garage who rectified the problem I'm currently considering legal action my advice to any Range Rover customers if you not happy seek a second opinion.

Hello this is terrible I have had a much more problem after buying from them we have had our car in the garage abbandoned now for six month we refuse to pay 4.5 k to have it fixed which is under Warrenty this has been a long three year battle which has caused our family much stress and upset our children have walked to school in the rain and has left me no choice but to buy another car. The car has covered 6000 mile in three years this is due to it being in the garage for 70 % of us owning it. It has had three new dpf filters and now requires another there is clearly more wrong with the car. Williams on one occasion collected the car crashed it did not tell me and painted it with a aerosol cost 3.5k to be rectified at there expense. Williams charge for service but don’t actually do it I also have proof and pictures. I have videos from another main dealer of server problems wrong with the car when Williams were offed the chance to fix they said there’s nothing wrong this is when I started to use guy salmon stockport who have been outstanding and fixed under warrenty another 5 k worth of work. Unfortunately the car lays to rest at guy salmon Becouse landrover head office refuse to fix under warranty all this is due to Williams giving us there own forcoart car instead of hire cars so they never logged on computer the vehicles fault. The reason for this response is I have just invested £4000 into a publicity stunt to name and shame them which will be backed with pictures faults and points There is also going to be a public announcement naming and shaming Williams right at the heart of there forecourt I will turn away a good percentage of there customers and it will go viral are you interested in helping in any way ie second victim photos etc to go on the advertisement please email me if so .
We went into Williams Range Rover Manchester. We were seen by a Gary Fazackerley on the 18/10/17 where we checked out a £61990 car. We were shown around it, inside and out. We then went inside to value our car to which he valued it at £16500. We went today for a test drive of said vehicle which was arranged on the 09/11/17 via email and confirmed for the 24/11/17 at 14:30. When we arrived he had no clue of or arrangement. But still facilititated the request upon production of email. After the test drive we went back inside to do a deal. He revalued our car at £14000. I stated what he had valued it at previously and all he said was you should of snapped my hand off. I believe that this is a company that says one thing to get you through the door but does not honour its initial offer and proceeds to try and increase its profitability margin. I feel that we have been treated very poorly by this company. My recommendation would be to spend your money elsewhere. There are many reputable Range Rover dealers out there.

I ordered a new car from Williams Land Rover Manchester, their offer against part exchange was considerably lower than we buy any car dot com, they then were rude when i suggested a discount with no part exchange. I suggest other dealerships are used and not this one.

This garage is appalling. They are rude & have no respect for customers. They have tried to overcharge me every time I have been in. This time by £1000. Avoid for car care & if unavoidable get comparative quotes & check invoices carefully.
