The handover was incredibly easy, and I was in and out of the dealership in just 20 minutes before I was driving away in my new Volvo V40. There was a small issue with one of the wind mirrors, but when I reached out to Williams Motor Company about it, they were quick to act. They sent out a replacement mirror to my house without delay and even promised to cover the cost of fitting once I find the time to take it to a garage. The customer service has been faultless, and I couldn't be more pleased with how everything was handled.
