I'm retired now and had the same car for a while, so I wanted to treat myself. I didn't realise they are all computer-based now. It's a little harder to get use to. Non the less, John was perfect on the day! - He was always happy to offer a hand and I didn't feel rushed when asking questions about my now Ford C-Max. We are now enjoying our new car.

Me and my partner have been very happy with our new car that we bought from this company. We stepped foot in some dealerships before this one, where we felt very out of place. This wasn't the case when we visited and walked into Williams Motor Company to view the Citron C3, we felt very relaxed and welcomed. The whole sale from then was perfect and I can't fault it. Since driving away the car has been on some long trips to North Hampshire and we haven't had any issues.

Really happy with my Ford Focus for the time I've driven it. I've been back and forth to South Wales without any issues. The only thing I did notice was that it was missing a headrest, but as soon as I made the team aware of this, they have been brilliant to get it resolved. From the initial enquiry to the handover, everything went without a hitch. I would be more than happy to recommend this company to others.

After having a bad experience at another dealership, I was a little bit more cautious but there was no need to be. Everyone at the dealership was amazing when buying my BMW 316d, I was offered a test drive on arrival, and after agreeing to sort out a small issue with the boot, I took the car there and then. They even put a fresh MOT and service on the car, so I couldn't ask for much more.

You know you've got a good quality car when the neighbours get jealous! - I wasn't looking for a specific car when looking online, as the car is just for emergencies and treated as a spare car just in case anything happens to our main one, but I was impressed with the deal. The lady who handled the sale has been nothing but helpful from start to finish. I even called up for some advice about the car, to which she was happy to help.

My son is very impressed with his Seat and even though he doesn't drive it every day, he's been on some odd trips without any issues. It was myself that went with him on the day, and everything went according to plan. One test drive later and we were happy to take it home. Great first time visit to Williams Motor Company on the whole.

It's refreshing to visit a dealership where you're treated like a real human being, where you receive straight forward answers and every customer has their own personal experience instead of a corporate feel. Everyone we met was friendly and couldn't do enough to help us while we were making our purchase. Unfortunately, me and my partner didn't have the chance to see the team again on the day of collection due to covid. So the car was delivered without any issues and we both have been enjoying it ever since.
