A welcomed upgrade! My previous car had seen better days. When I spotted the Ford Fiesta at the dealership, I was quick to make the switch, and I haven't looked back since. Everything has been going smoothly so far, and I've already racked up quite a few miles, especially with my weekly 600 mile commute to Manchester, which involves a lot of motorway driving. Andy was the gentleman who looked after me on the day of my visit, who made it a nice experience. He was incredibly informative and didn't resort to the stereotypical high-pressure sales tactics you get from other dealerships. After a short test drive I was happy to commit to the purchase. I would happily recommend William's Motor Company to people I know.

I've been very impressed with my Chevrolet Captiva because it's been a fantastic addition to our family, especially for my wife. It's got a lot of space, making it incredibly easy for her to move in and out of the car, and there's loads of room to to put her wheel chair in. This was my first time visiting this dealership, and it was an outstanding experience. Dave, the salesman, was nothing short of brilliant. He went above and beyond to assist both me and my wife, ensuring that we found the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to give this dealership a well-deserved 5-star rating. Faultless experience from start to finish. The sales team were always on hand to help with any questions I had about the Ford Fiesta that I travelled so far to see, and once we had all the questions answered then we were offered a test drive, which sealed the deal. All of the paperwork was pushed through quickly but explained within a lot of detail so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. I've since added a lot of miles to the car and since using it to drive up and down the country, I've not had any issues with it.

Everything is running as it should for the time being and I'm very impressed with my Ford Edge! I can't remember the woman's name who looked after me but I'm very grateful for all her help when she was showing me around the car. Only 4 stars because I never give top marks.
