I just wanted to say a big thank you to the Williams Motor Company for all their help getting me my Volvo V60. I was in need of a more reliable car after my last one packed in on me, and luckily enough, the right car just came along at the right time. The staff at the Williams Motor Company were great from start to finish. They had arranged to get the car dropped off, then did a quick inspection of the car and a quick test drive, and everything was good, so they decided to accept the vehicle, and everything has been going swimmingly since. High Recommend.

I was in need of a little run-around car just to get me from A to B, for visiting friends, and for the occasional shopping trip, so I headed to my local dealership, Williams Motor Company, where I bought my previous car, and they were brilliant. I informed them of what I was looking for; I didn't want or need anything fancy or high-spec, so I went for the Ford Fiesta, and it has been great so far and is working as it should be. I really can't fault the staff; they were helpful throughout the whole process, and I couldn't recommend them enough. 

After looking around specifically for a Nissan Qashqai, I finally found one that was a steal at the Williams Motor Company. I had decided to go with the Qashqai due to needing a more family-oriented car; it's perfect for long trips due to its comfort and reliability. The boot has honestly been a godsend; if you need boot space, you need to get one for yourself. We decided to book an appointment and travelled from Elsmere Port, so it was a moderate drive to see the car, but it was worth it; it was exactly what we needed, and Angela The salesperson was excellent; she couldn't have done any more for us; she was very organised and efficient in keeping all the paperwork in order for us and gave us time to read over everything to make sure we were happy to proceed; and although we initially had an issue with the brake pads, they sorted them straight away and even gave us an extended warranty, just to provide us that extra peace of mind. So all in all, the experience was brilliant, and I really can't fault them.

A very positive experience purchasing a 2013 Range Rover Evoque for my wife! We part exchanged her Freelander for a better deal, and we were very happy with the valuation of the car. David and Andy made the process very simple, and I was encouraged by their customer service and good old fashioned values. Everything is going perfectly with my BMW 1 series. I wanted to wait a few weeks, just to make sure there weren't any niggles, but nope, everything is running perfectly. After looking for a Jaguar XF for a while and having no look in Scotland, we knew we had to widen our search and because of this, we were able to find the perfect car at Williams Motor Company. It has low mileage and loads of additional options and extras. We knew we had to take the trip down to get a better look at the car. We had arranged an appointment, and on the day, the service was sensational, and the car was everything we had been after and more. I really can't fault them! Just fantastic service from the team at Williams Motor Company. I had decided it was time for me to part-exchange my old car and get myself an upgrade. I had already decided to get a 5-door car while looking around their showroom. They had a few cars that caught my eye, but their selection of Ford Fiestas really stood out. From their selection, the Red Fiesta had just completely won me over; it was everything I had been looking for: much improved specs on my previous car, lower mileage, and great condition. The staff were able to help me get everything sorted so quickly, and before I knew it, I had the keys in my hand. I really can't fault anything about my experience or the car; it truly was fantastic. Everything is running smoothly with my new Nissan X-Trail from Williams Motor Center. The staff at the dealership were fantastic - very friendly and helpful. They couldn't do enough for me, and the whole process was refreshingly simple and well-organized. The handover process was incredibly efficient, and I can't fault it at all. The car itself is a gem - in immaculate condition, clean, and tidy. Plus, it's brilliant to drive. Overall, Williams Motor Center is a splendid dealership that I highly recommend.
