All in all, things have been going really well with my new Nissan Qashqai, I have always had older cars but I work had and decided to treat myself to something a little newer. I did this in part to hopefully reduce the chances of breakdowns and issue which are common with the older cars I have had in the past. I have had a minor issue with the car, one of the springs has gone and I have been told it's £70 for a replacement, this is something I am going to fit myself, I am working with the after sales care team to get this resolved and hoping to have a little help towards the costs. With regards to the sales side, it was perfect, couldn't fault it. I loved the fact that when I turned up, I was told all the cars were unlocked and if they aren't to come find me, there was no pushy tactics and I didn't feel like I had someone over my shoulder every minute. I really appreciate this from a salesmen as I will actively walk away from a car that I want if I feel i am being pushed into it. The process and sales was amazing and it looks like the after sales care will match. Love the car too and I would highly recommend Williams Motor Company.

I have always had bigger cars but didn't have the need for one like I always have, I saw a really nice Vauxhall Corsa at Williams Motor Company and it is ample for what I need it for. The brake are a little squeaky however, the car is lovely to drive and I am certainly enjoying it. The team were lovely, really professional and they weren't pushy at all, I can't fault the company at all and I am overwhelmingly happy.

Went to view a fabulous looking Mini. Nice and easy no pressure applied, which was very a refreshing and pleasant experience. We bought the car and look forward to returning next year to change my wife's vehicle. All the cars looked immaculate and the staff are are great. Top notch !!!

Very satisfied. Very professional, very helpful employees, when I had to take my car for repair a week ago because the rear wheel was overheating, the repair was done quickly and efficiently, without any problems. Brilliant from the word go! I picked the lovely little Peugeot 3008 and after taking it out for a test drive, I was ready to sign the paperwork. It was all very quick and easy, everything was perfect and the only issue I had was that it was bone dry of diesel and ad-blue, so much so that I only just made it to the petrol station. Other than that, I can't pick fault and I have even recommended my daughter.

It was my first time buying a car and I didn't know what I was doing or what sort of car I was looking for but the team were amazing and guided me through the whole process, they even took care of my tax for me before I drove the car away. I use my car every day, so having a reliable car was a must. Ever since I purchased my Skoda Fabia back in September, I have had no issues to report yet as it runs perfectly. Before I picked up the car, there were a few bits and bobs that I requested to be amended before I picked it up and these issues were fixed. No complaints from me.

It's nice to go to a garage and not feel pressured into buying a car. Rob was on hand to answer any questions I had about the cars I was interested in, even though he was busy he still managed to make time for me. Once I brought the car home I heard a knocking noise so I called Rich who handles aftercare enquiries and explained the noise, Rich then advised me to take it to my local garage (as I live really far away from Williams Motor company) and any repairs that were needed on the car, they would cover the cost, luckily my mechanic give it the all clear and there was nothing to worry about. The outside of the car was spotless, but the inside could have had a little more attention to detail.

After being in the market for a car, I found one I liked on auto-trader. It was my first time going to a garage and buying a car, I was very nervous as I didn't want to be pushed into buying something I wasn't 100% on. I was approached by Rob when I first arrived and showed him what car I wanted. From start to finish Rob was amazing and looked after me throughout the whole process, with the test drive, the paperwork, and the part exchange but most importantly there was 0 pressure!!!
