A few years back I bought an Audi A1 (61 plate) from Williams Motor Company, it was the perfect car for me, very reliable and a cute little car. I wanted to upgrade the A1 for something nicer and maybe a little faster too! I went back to Williams to 1. see what they had in and 2. see what the possibilities of trading the A1 was. They were really happy to take the A1 back in and we agreed a really fair price for the trade in. They had a beautiful Mercedes A Class in stock, and I instantly fell in love with it, its a lot newer than the Audi too. I test drove it and LOVED it. I dealt with Will again who looked after me and told me everything about the car that I needed to know. I agreed the sale and I absolutely love the car, it feels like such an upgrade, its so nice inside and lovely to drive. Its not a huge difference in size so getting used to it was quite easy, its was just figuring out the way to drive it. It was/always is, really straight forward and zero hassle buying from Williams Motor Company. Its nice to have a nice car, and when I want to change it again for something newer, I will come straight back to trade in and buy a new one.

The gentlemen that looked after me at Williams Motor Co Crewe was lovely and really accommodating, he bent over backwards to ensure I understood and was happy with everything. I had a problem with the lights when I first got my car and they could not do enough to help me, they got the problem resolved straight away without any awkwardness. I'm over the moon with my little Fiat and it certainly was a positive experience for me dealing with this garage and one that I will not forget about in a hurry.

I have recently purchased a Vauxhall from this garage and I could not be any happier, I'm delighted with the decision I made and can't thank the team enough who helped me. They listened to me and what I needed, and they offered their recommendations and advice of what suited my needs best. They didn't try to sell me the flashiest or more expensive car, they catered to my needs and its a perfect match! I was able to test drive which ever cars I wanted but I test drove the Vauxhall first and knew this was the one. After the test drive and having time to think things over I agreed the sale and I'm so glad I did! The guys are so friendly, polite and professional and they had fantastic product knowledge, there wasn't a question they couldn't answer!! Amazing dealership!! Thank you so much!

I cannot fault the guys down at the dealership, everybody I spoke to was excellent and provided a high level of customer service and care. Nothing was too much trouble and every member of staff was polite and professional. I purchased a Ford and I'm really impressed with it, for the price, its in such good condition, its absolutely spot on. I have nothing but positive things to say, everything went how it should and the dealer did everything they could, the car was better than advertised, it was an all-round 5 star experience from start to finish. I will definitely shop here again in the future, until then, I'll be recommending to everybody!

The bloke who I dealt with I sadly can't remember his name, but he was really good and really helpful! He got everything sorted for me so the purchase was extra smooth and quick! The Peugeot I purchased is doing well, I have encountered no issues with it and a couple of months down the line I am still pleased with my choice! 5 stars for Williams. The car which I bought from them has been great, I'm very happy with how it is performing up to now. These guys were very good to buy from, they let me take my time whilst viewing it, did not try to put any pressure on me at all or rush me. Very happy with the whole process and I would buy from these again without hesitation.

I thought I would take the time to leave a review because I wanted to let everyone know just how good Williams Motor's are and that they did a great job whilst I was arranging to buy my Hyundai from them. They did everything I needed them to do, they were fantastic from start to finish. I'm very happy with my Hyundai and it was a solid five star experience. The car was just as described and in beautiful condition. I would use them again in the future and definitely recommend.

I would recommend this company after recently purchasing my BMW from them. I have no qualms with my Fiat which I bought off Williams Motor Company in Crewe it is running perfectly well. The lady that looked after me throughout the sale of my new car was wonderful, she was lovely to deal with and extremely helpful. I would shop here again in the future and if I know of anyone that is looking for a new car I would recommend them to go to this dealership and check them out.
