Our newly purchased Ford C-Max is a fantastic motor, its serving its purpose of a family car very very well, the whole family is happy with it. The dealership were awesome, I didn't have any problems with them, I'd never heard or known about them buying buying the C Max but I know for sure I will be back when I want/need a new car in the future, there was really really good! Thanks Williams Motor Company, Ill be recommending to others 100%!

I'm loving my Audi A3 I pretty much live in the car I'm in it that much its the best car I've ever had! Its brilliant to drive, really smooth and comfy. I was in and out of the dealership in no time, no waiting around everything was ready go and the car looked amazing. I have no reason to not rate 5 out of 5 stars, the whole thing ran well with no headache and the guys were sweet to deal with. I would buy another car in the future without a doubt.

I would recommend Williams Motor Co to anybody. I bought a Ford Fiesta and its been very good, I really enjoy driving it. It was the first time I have bought a car from Williams but I would buy from them again in the future.

When I was searching for a new car, I had in mind how far I wanted to travel and Williams Motor Company was the limit of how far I'd go. I'm glad I chose this garage to buy from, I found a SEAT Ibiza with them and I've been really pleased with it since buying. I use my work van most of the week so only really drive it at weekends, but when I do drive it, I love it! I've not had an issue with the car, it's not let me down and I've had it a few months now. The dealership/service side of things was really straightforward, I didn't need to do much at all. I taxed the car when I got there and they explained what to do from there, the car was ready to go and there was no delays at all. If they had something I fancied in again, I would definitely buy from them again!

I was in need of a car and quick, I was handing my hire car back and I was on a tight time scale. I contacted Williams safter seeing the car online, I actually purchased the car without seeing it first. The salesman was very accommodating and they got the car ready a day earlier than expected to meet my needs. I spoke to a few people down there and 1 lady who was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions along with the salesman. I took the Nissan note away and its been a great little car, there was an issue with the aircon, but they got it re-gassed for me no problem at all. I have rated a 4* as the car could have been cleaner for me, but I also understand I was in a rush and didn't give much time for this!

Excellent After Sales Service
I bought a Seat Leon from this Dealer in June, but waited till now to write review to see how things went.
After 5 days the car broke down and they told me to take it to my local Garage to find the fault. My Garage said it was a faulty Diesel Injector. So they emailed Williams Motors with an Estimate. Within 3 hours from breaking down, Richard agreed for my local Garage to carry out the work and it was sorted by them to the tune of £580. Now that's Service.
I then needed a replacement Drivers Wing Mirror at a cost of £211.00. Again my local Garage sent them the estimate and within hours were given the go ahead to carry out the repair. I was annoyed that these things went wrong at the time, but that is the joys of buying a second hand car, it was not their fault.
Both problems were sorted within hours of me reporting them. This can only go down as excellent after service. Would I go use them again? Definitely
