Things went well on all fronts when I bought my car from Williams Motor Company. The team were amazing to deal with and even did the tax for me then and there, I've never experienced that before at a dealership! My car is absolutely perfect and so far I am absolutely loving it!

When I bought my DS3 from Williams Motor Company it was my first experience with them so I didn't really know what to expect but everything went perfectly! Taking everything into consideration I would definately use them again. I am made up with the DS3, its just what I was looking for.

I purchased a car and upon delivery found there was a fault with the media/radio system. I informed the company and they paid for a diagnostic test with the car manufacturer who advised the media system could not be repaired. They sourced me a whole new media system. I was very happy with the customer service I was provided and the car was just what I had been looking for and is perfect.

Bought a car from here a couple of weeks ago with an issue that appeared after the sale. They allowed me to go to my local mechanic (I live in Southport) to get it fixed and paid for the work to be done. Nothing has been too much for them and the customer service and car buying experience has been second to none. The car is perfect and I am so grateful for their fantastic customer service. Will be recommending to everyone!

I am most satisfied with my recent experience at Williams Motor Company, I used to drive a car that was old and give me countless problems, its so nice to drive such a reliable car, not only is it reliable but its lovely, clean and fresh. Its nice and easy to drive and that is more than enough for me. The customer care was brilliant, I really liked the fact I had a follow up call, from a lovely lady from the dealership, she was checking 1. I am happy with my car and 2. happy with the customer service! During my experience not one issue cropped up and that's a first when buying a car! I will be back in the future and I will be singing praises to everyone!
