I recently purchased a brilliant looking car from here. I took it for a test drive with no fuel in. When I bought the car it was going to have an MOT and a service. I picked the car up still with no fuel in (quite literally 0 miles). Driving home the car was then breaking for itself because it has numerous serious issues with the ABS we went on to find. As well as this, the passenger seat pad had sensor issues. A third issue, the car was offered to me with 2 keys, we wouldn’t have bought it with anything less. Turns out the spare key wasn’t even the key for the vehicle and the business had the cheek to suggest to pay half of a new second key after selling the vehicle on the basis of two keys. I am still yet to hear from them with regards to the payment of a second key. The aftersales of this business is absolutely abysmal. Once you have purchased something from them they couldn’t care less about you.

Disappointed after spending alot of money on a car and several visits that the problem hasn't been resolved and no communication from them now so no radio no CD player and no sat nav, and most importantly no contact for 2 weeks

My son recently bought a Peugeot 208 from Williams Motor Company, he absolutely loves the car and is so happy with it. After a couple of weeks an engine management light came on. He took it to a garage in Tamworth who advised him he had 4 bald tyres and the Catalytic Converter was completely shot. After a discussion with Dave at Williams Motor Company we took the car down 3 days later as they booked us in. We dropped the car off at 9ish and just hoped they would fix the faults and not be like many garages and refuse to do it and take no responsibility. Within 2 and a half hours, the garage rang us up and told us all done. We walked back to the garage and they had put 4 new tyres and a new Catalytic Converter onto the car. We had a quick with Will the owner and we cannot thank or praise the staff enough. Brilliant after sales service and brilliant job resolving the faults on the car. I had my car stolen so needed a good reliable car bin looking for few days and came across a white nissan juke fair price loads extras email company and arranged viewing rob the sale guy was very pleasant easy to talk to not pushy there was few cars I liked look of and rob was very helpful letting me look round when I picked my car rob gave me date when car would be ready to collect as they always put m.o.t and service cars before they sell them two small things needed doing on car nothing important and this week they be done I'm more than happy with my car and the company I've taken the 18 months warranty out will definitely deal with Williams motor in future if I need car they got great choice to choose from

Daughter purchased a car from this company after saving up... management light came on when she left the forecourt and they refused to refund her... the after sale service is appalling and I would strongly advice to stay well clear. Shockingly bad service.

Where to start to start with this purchase the list is endless. I’ll start off with the good points: Good points...... the car looks good in blue Bad points: Car was mot’d the day I collected it and major faults were present, car would wobble at speed and when braking the steering wheel would shake. Was “told they company would seek advice” on the grounds of slander for querying the MOT status with the faults. Tried to contact the garage over the faults and got no reply until I had an independent inspection took 14 days to get a reply and the car was deemed unfit for the road Was looking to hand it back and it was made clear “it would take weeks to sort” so opted for repairs. Car was repaired and within 3 miles an engine management light appeared. Problems where repaired and the car drives better required from suspension components replacing however the radio still hasn’t had the code found/recovered and I have to pay to have that sorted. I would advise anyone who’s buying a car to make sure you have an independent inspection completed on the car before buying it as the after care is pathetic. Steer clear for your own safety!

Looked at a motor, First noticed was one completely bald tyre, car was full of scratched not shown in picture and for a car with such little milage was in a right shape. driverside was clean/new off side was old parts They cant clean the car properly could of done better with a pack of baby wipes from asda the smart price ones not even branded Apparently wear and tear on a vehical with under 20k includes worn steering wheel worn drivers seat worn peddals! lookes clocked to me. Just had a fresh mot but the tyres was illegal!!!! stay clear dont waste your time traveling
