Bought an alfa romeo in July on finance had nothing but issues it's been of the road since November loss of power water leak etc had a report done on it thinking it was dpf as finance company thought it was turns out more major issues to many to list and car had also been in an accident feel so let down and out of pocket will be going through the ombusman avoid this company at all costs

Bought a Mini Cooper from Williams Motor Company Crewe. The transaction seemed to go ok, no issues with taking your money. After, sales support is absolute garbage they dont want to know. They sold my part exchange car to another person (a staff member) and did not switch over the car details into the new owners name, meaning they could ride around in a car in my name whilst getting free tax for months. I only figured it out when I rang the dvla for my refund, plus just got a speeding ticket too curtsey of the new owner. I call the dealer I don't get an answer. I reported my aircon wasn't working it took 2 weeks to get an answer on if they would fix it and around 6 attempts to get the go ahead they did agree to reimburse the aircon eventually now have a problem with my turbo and injector coils. sent them a message and just get ignored like they log your number. Avoid if you know whats good for you, send off paperwork yourself, check what they are writing on your receipt. Not to be trusted.

Bought a 2003 Jaguar XJ of Williams Motor Company in Crewe. 1 day after ownership ABS light came on, took car to jaguar diagnosed with over £2,000 worth of faults including major oil leak, leak to the differential, worn pads, split bushes to the suspension and many other problems. Dealer has blocked our number and won’t refund us any money even though we are entitled to a refund. Refuses to speak to us. Staff rude and abrupt and not interested. The car now doesn’t drive at all only goes up to 30mph. Now we have a car that doesn’t drive and £3650 wasted. Will be taking this further. Please beware of this outfit.
