Brilliant customer service, very happy customer.

It was my first purchase from these guys, and I was specifically looking for this model. The dealership helped me find it and made sure everything was accurately represented. online. The customer service was great. They answered all my questions, walked me through the car’s features, and explained everything without any pressure. I’d give the experience a 9.5/10. I’d definitely return and recommend them to others.

The car has been great overall, though I’ve encountered a minor issue with the electrics. Fortunately, the dealership has been very proactive in sorting it out. Their customer service has been excellent—happy to assist and quick to address the problem. I feel confident that everything will be resolved smoothly, and their helpful approach has made the situation much easier to deal with.

All of my friends said I was mad for buying a car online without seeing it, but I'm so glad I did because it worked out brilliantly. I've not owned a BMW before, but I always wanted one so after a quick look on Autotrader I came across the BMW 318d and took a look at Williams Motor Company's site to get some more information. This is when I spoke to the lovely Andy, who I felt was very honest about the condition of the car. Anyway the car was delivered and I was not disappointed! - It was as advertised/ explained and looked even better in person, I couldn't believe it. The gentleman who dropped it off was also wonderful. I even took him to our local train station so he could get home. no complaints at all and I'd happily buy a car online again through Williams Motor Company.

As a returning customer, I've got nothing but good things to say about my car buying experiences here. I've always felt very well looked after by all of the team; they are genuinely the easiest people to get along with, which makes buying a car so much more enjoyable. As luck would have it, they had the exact car I wanted when I was ready to upgrade. So, I headed down to see what deal they could do for me on my previous car that I purchased from here. They were able to offer me very close to what I wanted and even threw in some extended warranty to make up for it, which I was extremely happy with. A couple of days after driving away in my Mercedes A180, there was a slight issue, and my local garage advised that it needed a new track rod end. I called Dave up, and he was more than happy for me to bring it in for a look (which he didn't have to do). It turns out it didn't need a new track rod end, it just needed tightening, which he was happy to sort out. It's been perfect since.

I am over the moon with my car and all went well. It is in for a recall at moment but that's nothing to do with Williams Motor Company. Thank you to the team

Since I've not owned a Fiat 500 before I didn't know what to expect but other than the gear stick being in a different place, it's been a easy transition from my last car. I've driven it a lot since getting it at the start of July and I'm very impressed with how smooth the drive is.
