From the moment I arrived at Williams Motor Company to test drive the Renault Clio, the staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and humorous. The car was initially blocked by several others, humorously referred to by the saleswoman as the 'naughty corner'. However, they promptly arranged for the car to be available for my test drive. There was a bit of confusion when I went to collect the car as it was at a different location, which prevented a five-star experience. Nevertheless, it was a minor issue as the site was just around the corner, causing no real inconvenience. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would consider them for future needs.

This is the second car I've bought from here, and once again, the experience has been excellent. I knew exactly what I wanted when visiting, so there was no messing about. It's reassuring to see the dealership maintain its high standards. I've had this car for a little while now, and it's proving to be a good little vehicle. My daughter is learning to drive with it, and she is enjoying it for the most part. I was the best looking car on Autotrader, and when we agreed to it they managed to turn everything around on the same day. The process was formal yet relaxed, and they even provided a fresh MOT which was assuring. So it made for a nice transaction and straightforward.

From enquiry to picking up the keys the whole process was very easy and quite straight forward. I'm no good with names so I can't remember who sold me the car but he was a pleasure to deal with. I was offered a test drive, the paperwork was pushed through quickly and on the day of collection the car was cleaned inside and out, which was a nice touch. Easy 5 stars and I'm sure I will continue to love my Jaguar XF.

For my first time visiting this company I don't think it could have gone any better. When I arrived, the whole team were nothing but polite and always on hand to help. On the day of picking up my Nissan Qashqai, I wasn't waiting long until the car was pulled around after having a fresh valet, which was a nice touch. The car has since been on a long trip to France and it made it without any issues.

I've only taken a couple of drives with my Mercedes E250, but so far, it's been amazing. Andy was the gentleman who assisted me, and I found him to be incredibly helpful, informative, and approachable. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt confident in my decision. I even opted for the additional two-year extended warranty for added peace of mind but fingers crossed I won't have to use it.

The customer service from the team has been nothing short of brilliant! I can't remember the name of the salesman because I'm not good with names but to my knowledge I didn't have any issues with him. I got a great car so I can't complain.

It's nice to visit a dealership that is very honest in their advertisements because, after seeing the car online, I was sceptical if it was in the condition as described. Luckily it wasn't a wasted trip because the car was perfect and I was happy to take it home. Since purchasing it the car has been running as it should and I've not had any issues so I can't complain.
