Bought a car from here a couple of weeks ago with an issue that appeared after the sale. They allowed me to go to my local mechanic (I live in Southport) to get it fixed and paid for the work to be done. Nothing has been too much for them and the customer service and car buying experience has been second to none. The car is perfect and I am so grateful for their fantastic customer service. I am most satisfied with my recent experience at Williams Motor Company, I used to drive a car that was old and give me countless problems, its so nice to drive such a reliable car, not only is it reliable but its lovely, clean and fresh. Its nice and easy to drive and that is more than enough for me. The customer care was brilliant, I really liked the fact I had a follow up call, from a lovely lady from the dealership, she was checking 1. I am happy with my car and 2. happy with the customer service! During my experience not one issue cropped up and that's a first when buying a car! I will be back in the future and I will be singing praises to everyone!

The Honda is lovely! I love it, its such good fun to drive! It makes being stuck in traffic bearable. I found the guys dealing with me to be very informative. What I really liked is how well everything was explained to me, clearly. It made me feel like I knew what was going on and didn't have to worry as I knew exactly what was happening at every point. The sale was easy and pretty quick too I'd like to say how lovely kind and helpful every single member off staff was towards me. Nothing but 5 stars across the board.

I went to Williams in a urgent need of a car, and I needed it quick. These guys understood the assignment and they knew what to do. Hands down,they did absolutely everything for me in a very timely manner, I was blown away. They did what they could and did it extremely well. The people I dealt with down at Williams Motor Company is what made my experience, such lovey people to be dealing with, with no pressure or hard selling tactics. The salesman was helpful from the get go and nothing was too much trouble for him. The Mercedes 220 is such a nice car to drive, only this dealership to thank!

The customer service here was well and truly amazing, I do not have a bad thing to say in the slightest. I assisted my Mum when she bought her most recent car. My mum loves the dealership so much this is the 2nd time she has purchased and has already told me there will be a 3rd and many more. A very good service that is trustworthy and honest.
