For my first time visiting this company I don't think it could have gone any better. When I arrived, the whole team were nothing but polite and always on hand to help. On the day of picking up my Nissan Qashqai, I wasn't waiting long until the car was pulled around after having a fresh valet, which was a nice touch. The car has since been on a long trip to France and it made it without any issues.

I've only taken a couple of drives with my Mercedes E250, but so far, it's been amazing. Andy was the gentleman who assisted me, and I found him to be incredibly helpful, informative, and approachable. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, ensuring that I felt confident in my decision. I even opted for the additional two-year extended warranty for added peace of mind but fingers crossed I won't have to use it.

The customer service from the team has been nothing short of brilliant! I can't remember the name of the salesman because I'm not good with names but to my knowledge I didn't have any issues with him. I got a great car so I can't complain.

It's nice to visit a dealership that is very honest in their advertisements because, after seeing the car online, I was sceptical if it was in the condition as described. Luckily it wasn't a wasted trip because the car was perfect and I was happy to take it home. Since purchasing it the car has been running as it should and I've not had any issues so I can't complain.

A welcomed upgrade! My previous car had seen better days. When I spotted the Ford Fiesta at the dealership, I was quick to make the switch, and I haven't looked back since. Everything has been going smoothly so far, and I've already racked up quite a few miles, especially with my weekly 600 mile commute to Manchester, which involves a lot of motorway driving. Andy was the gentleman who looked after me on the day of my visit, who made it a nice experience. He was incredibly informative and didn't resort to the stereotypical high-pressure sales tactics you get from other dealerships. After a short test drive I was happy to commit to the purchase. I would happily recommend William's Motor Company to people I know.

I've been very impressed with my Chevrolet Captiva because it's been a fantastic addition to our family, especially for my wife. It's got a lot of space, making it incredibly easy for her to move in and out of the car, and there's loads of room to to put her wheel chair in. This was my first time visiting this dealership, and it was an outstanding experience. Dave, the salesman, was nothing short of brilliant. He went above and beyond to assist both me and my wife, ensuring that we found the perfect vehicle to suit our needs. I wouldn't hesitate to give this dealership a well-deserved 5-star rating. Dave's exceptional service made the entire process easy and stress-free. It's been ten years since I last purchased a car, but Dave made the transition very smooth. I hope he sees this review. I want him to know that his efforts are truly appreciated.

Faultless experience from start to finish. The sales team were always on hand to help with any questions I had about the Ford Fiesta that I travelled so far to see, and once we had all the questions answered then we were offered a test drive, which sealed the deal. All of the paperwork was pushed through quickly but explained within a lot of detail so I wasn't left with any hidden surprises. I've since added a lot of miles to the car and since using it to drive up and down the country, I've not had any issues with it.

Everything is running as it should for the time being and I'm very impressed with my Ford Edge! I can't remember the woman's name who looked after me but I'm very grateful for all her help when she was showing me around the car. Only 4 stars because I never give top marks.

Andy you were brilliant! There was no question left unanswered and if he didn't know the answer to it, then he would go and find it for me without hesitation. After driving the car for a little while and settling into it, It's safe to say I'm very happy with it.

So far so good with my Audi A3! I had to see a few bangers before finding this one at Williams Motor Company but it was worth the search. With it being my first time visiting this company, I didn't know what to expect but my mind was quickly put at ease with how polite everyone was. Even thought I came on a Saturday and it was very busy, they still made enough time for me so I've got no complaints.
