Purchased 3 BMWs over 7 years and tried to use the warranty one yesterday. Broken suspension arm! No curb damage. No body damage . Just a broken arm. Had the car shipped to rochdale to be told! “We can’t explain why this is broken! “ But we are not covering this on warranty”....... Wouldn’t you think after 7 years no claims 3 BMWs and can’t put plane on my driving-no other damage that they would be sympathetic and air on the customer past standings with them!!!!!! ! The warranty is not worth the ink......

Shocking customer service. Once they have your money they do not care. They will not respond to your complaints unless you chase them and repeatedly fail to deliver what they promise. No help at all when my free drive away insurance would not activate and no valid reason given. Left completely confused and stressed when I was supposed to be happy to collect my car. Top level prices with the lowest customer service. I gave up trying to explain my situation as they were very rude and dismissive.
Well I have to say this is worst place I have ever purchased a vehicle from. I bought a used vehicle BMW X1 YH19 MSP. The vehicle was not fit for sale. After 6 visits to the showroom and the staff being dishonest (saying they test drove the vehicle when they didn't and after admitting they lied) 10 days in 2 months this vehicle was in the garage. New windscreen, New Bush, New engine mount rubber. In the end the car was returned and I got my money back.

BMW roadside collected one of our 4 fleet cars up at our offices due to clutch failure on only 46,000 miles ! Yes only 46k, surely on a car we had from brand new for two and half years it would be a warranty claim. Two other cars had clutches gone the same way and warranty work was done no problem. But not at Rochdale, the car was stood there for 2 full weeks as we appealed to customer complaints, we had no car for 2 weeks & left stranded. Service manager dealt with us badly and complaints "emailed" to say collect your car with no work done. We got to the garage and the car was there in bits still with no gear box in. We had to bring a tow truck and 4 of us push it on to the truck. Service reception spoke to our director appallingly saying "its not our fault" Contacted Rochdale bmw general manager to inform him, he has not even contacted us back. Our next fleet of 4 cars wont be from Williams BMW in Rochdale.We where told we had to collect the car from Rochdale.

Bought a 2 year old car recently from Williams BMW in Rochdale, found a couple of niggles that were supposed to be resolved before pick-up - Not resolved, agreed to take the car, promised fixes and dates, never called back. I now just spend my life leaving messages and chasing them! Very good when selling cars, not so good when it really matters!
My car 9 years old bought from a BMW dealer miles away 5 years ago. I service myself and my dealings with Williams Rochdale BMW is to buy service items and have brought it in for recall items. Staff have always been great, parts staff in particular, car was valeted when recall work was done.

The worst car dealership group to call and cannot get through to departments. Promise call backs never happen. Call to book a vehicle for works, advised 3-4 weeks if loan car needed.

Purchased a second hand Mini countryman from Mark at Williams BMW Rochdale , he kindly sent us a video as we are based in France also a friend of ours had a look @ the car, when we arrived to collect the car it had a lot of stone chips on the front, I told Mark I wasn't happy about them & he offered to get the guys to have a look at it whilst we were there, 20 mins later he returned & told us they didn't have the correct colour match & he would send a touch-up stick...still waiting for it but I'll just not use it, I would expect better service from a BMW dealership, the car should of been sorted before we arrived, no after sales what so ever...very disappointed. Currently writing a letter to BMW customer services.
