My Z4 was booked in for "recall" rectification work. On returning to collect the car I was appalled at the condition it was in. The roof wouldn't operate - somebody had moved the luggage cover back - why would they go into the boot ? The handle on the luggage cover has been broken. Computer display turned off. Drivers seat - every adjustment changed. Trip computer zeroed - why ? Fragments of copper wire and bits of old cable on the carpet under the glove box. Manuals folder left on the passenger seat - why we're they looking at that ? Why wasn't it put back where it was ? Absolutely dreadful experience. I WILL be writing to BMW head office about this - AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

8 years I've been using this garage it used to be benhams since Williams took over it's shocking treat you like dirt haven't a clue what's going on .. absolutely disgusted Thanks for nothing Williams
