Well what can I say. Saw a car Thursday, spoke to Kevin and by Tuesday was driving away in it (and that involved a part ex and finance). The whole thing was so smooth and professionally handled by Kev. Its not just a job to him, he really does go the extra mile. Sorted out all the car prep, but also all the PW I should have done (private plate off the PX car, and all the log books ect) saved my menopause brain trying to sort it out. A few laughs along the way too. Would 100% recommend Kev and this garage if looking for a car
We had been looking to trade our car in and buy a new family car for months. We had been to loads of different car garages and dealerships and had an absolute nightmare with all of them. Someone recommended Wilmoths Citroen at Crayford and asking for Kevin Wakerell. We went along and asked for Kevin, from the very start we got a professional, polite and honest service and ended up buying a new car and trading ours in there and then. Kevin was like a breath of fresh air after having to deal with all the Rubish and lies at the other garages. I can not recommended Wilmoths and Kevin enough, from start to finish a 10/10 service.

Very easy and relaxed way to buy a car. No up selling of products and came away with a good deal. Picked it up a couple of days later with new MOT and service as well as full valet Excellent.

Buying cars can often be a stressful ordeal. In the span of a week, I went through quite an experience. First, I purchased a car from an online supplier who had promised a hassle-free solution. However, when the car arrived and I noticed a significant puddle underneath it, I became skeptical about accepting it. The delivery team suggested calling the AA for assistance, but I declined because I felt that if my first interaction with a car involved calling for a rescue service, it wasn't a good sign. Next, I put a deposit on another car from a local supplier who claimed to have done their due diligence. They even assured me that the vehicle had not been in a collision. It was only the next day, after persistent inquiries with the head of sales, that I discovered the vehicle had indeed been in a front-end collision, with the airbags deployed. While the car looked fine and drove well, I was disappointed that the salesman hadn't disclosed these critical details. Fortunately, I received a refund of my £500 deposit. Finally, I returned to the main dealer I had visited two weeks earlier. The salesperson, E, was extremely personable and introduced me to a low-mileage vehicle that came with a 12-month warranty and 12 months of rescue cover. The price was competitive, and the level of service was exceptional. This dealer, Wilmoths, is an established company with a £60M turnover, and it's clear they've earned a strong customer base. I'm looking forward to becoming a repeat customer in the future and have no reservations in recommending them. Dealing with the online "sharks" can be risky, but we were fortunate to end up with a reliable, brick-and-mortar establishment. Well done, Wilmoths!

I paid £444 for a service and during the service or cleaning one of my hubcaps was damaged. I have messaged the company 5 times now and they've not responded I'll never take my car here again.

Basically James Wilmoth Citreon Crayford are swindlers, they do not stick to contracts and swindled a car out of a relative of mine. They overcharge so they can take ownership of your car and sell it. Went in for MOT took the entire 5000pound car. I personally would not do business with them and I think you should find someone else todo business with. A car is similar to swindling hundreds if not thousands of pounds from my relative. It is wrong and tantamount to extreme dishonesty. Go to another Citroen Dealer and Mechanic.

Do not encourage Wilmoths Crayford-Citroen, can’t do enough when they see the ££££ commission, after couldn’t care less. The after sales service is the worst I have ever encountered. A simple repair to a lock after spending over £17,000.00 and they said they could provide a quote ! They couldn’t care less. Avoid at all costs, take your cash and business elsewhere.
Problems with Wilmoths Citroen started when I bought my van. Was promised surface scratches on body work would be polished out. All that they done was put some black polish on, then when it was washed they all appeared again. So I spent £60 on products and a day polishing them out.i have just had a MOT IT FAILED due to centre seat belt not working.as no one has ever sat in the passenger seat it was not obviously not been checked before they sold it to me. Took back to have seat belt changed under warranty 2 days later got it back, yes 2 days. And then found a load of oil on passenger seat. So had to wait another 15mins to have the seat cleaned. Also they could not even bother to give my van a quick clean. Please do not waste your time and money with Wilmoth Citroen in Crayford.

Really happy with my Citroen C1 from Wilmoths Crayford. The dealers were really helpful and friendly and I have had no issues with the car at all. I wouldn't definitely recommend this dealership.
