Been past this place thousands of times and was set to drive up North about 80 miles to buy a car I wanted,but then noticed they had the same car in so called in to look at said car,,Very nice/friendly people no pressure at all,so part exchanged our old [ish] car for a second hand Vauxhall Zafira,Noticed a couple of things that I wasn`t happy with and they got replaced with new and also replaced a trim without a any quibble..after sales with this company are great. and thank you very much for a great car...will deffo use them again.

I bought an Audi A6 from Wilsden Autos several years ago. It was riddled with problems from the start. Electrical problems with the rear lights. Aircon not working properly. Starter motor needed replacing. Following a slight rear end collision it was found the car had had a significant rear end accident which had not been repaired correctly. This was not disclosed to me when I bought the car. I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole again.

Bought our car here having been directed by Car Gurus website. Loved the no hassle approach at Wilsden Autos and we were left to look around, although we knew which car we were after. Richard was very helpful and left us to have a look over the vehicle, then when we were ready to proceed he was very very helpful. Everything went smoothly and he was there on the day that we collected the car. Very friendly and polite. Also put in a few extras that we were not expecting. I would recommend this company to anybody as the all round service is something you can only dream about. Big big single car dealerships could learn a lot from here.

Called last Sunday , and when asking for keys to look at car, was told they were locked in the safe, this was at 4pm tho it stated they were open til 5..!! Despite this we returned this Sunday at 3pm , this time we wanted a test drive , we were told we had to book during the week, when we said we work full time the guy just looked at us both blankly as if to say and..? Explained that's why we were looking on the weekend..!! Then he even asked us why we wanted a test drive..!! He made us feel like we were something he didn't want to step in, and we're left feeling annoyed and upset at the disrespectful treatment. Think he was judging us by what we were wearing, never judge a book by its cover, we were cash buyers, but will happily spend our money else where, and recommend to our friends not to visit this place..!!

The question often asked regarding the purchase of a car is 'would you buy a car off this man'? Well the answer based on my experience at Wilsden Autos with salesman Steve is a resounding YES! The whole process from part exchange to arranging collection was very smooth and Steve was very helpful and patient throughout. We had an excellent buying experience at Wilsden Autos. Steve the salesman was totally professional never pushy and when the negotiations stalled we were allowed to walk away without feeling intimidated, in the end we went back and are totally happy with our purchase.

Went to look at a car on the Thursday, returned on the Friday and asked for a test drive at 3pm. Salesman said he had two test drives booked and could do another today. Was told would have to make an appointment next week (after driving 30 miles one way to get to garage twice!). Left shocked, I'm frankly surprised that he couldn't fit us in as the place was empty and they were open for a further two hours that day. Phoned to make an appointment and told by the same salesman he didn't want to sell me a car! Refused to make an appointment, all very odd. I'm a 40+ school teacher so not out for a ride. I just want to buy a car! Clearly he was too busy drinking tea.
