Mobility car picked up this morning fault on door should have been done 2 months ago when it went in for service they had no time had to have the car back hospital appointments .been waiting all day for return of car nothing so i ring them they said its waiting for a part they will ring in the morning no phone call or nothing wheelchair is in the car as it should have been back today as they have had it 9 hours and it was in 9 hours for service
went to look at a Mokka test drove it the salesman was very polite but was pressuring for 500 pound deposit. i agreed so he could bring a car from Grimsby told him if i did not like the car would i get my deposit back he said yes the full amount. day after went to Wilson and co Bolton asked to see the manager has the figures did not add up waited an hour and a half so i walked out phone call Saturday 4.50pm telling me the sales man i was dealing with was no longer with the company the sales lady acted has it was a done deal i told her that i had to see the car first before i made my mind up . went to see the car Tuesday test drove it she was very polite and help full .After the test drive i was unsure it had not got an electric boot and did not have 360 radar and was not a hybrid and had a thousand mile more on the clock than i was told. I declined to have the car and asked for my deposit back she said she would have to go and see the manager the manager came back with her and they tried to still sell me the car i said no i want my deposit back. He said that they would have to take 250 pounds has they had brought the car from Grimsby explained to him i was not told this so accepted what he said had not signed any contract or seen any figures till i said i did not want it So left the building politely and shook the managers hand has i did not want to get into a heated debate i am now going to try and get my deposit back not a very trustworthy place and try to blame there mistakes onto the customer not a very good place at al for and wish i had looked on this website before
Was offered a test drive of the Car I'm interested in buying two weeks ago, arranged to go last Sat @ 1pm. 11:30am on the day, this dealership phoned me to cancel due to the car being unavailable that day. Re-arranged for the same time today (29/06/24) Turned up 30 mins early and was told the car was open for me to view on the forecourt. Got to the car which was filthy and covered in cobwebs on the outside, Wasn't the 'Top of the range' model I'm interested in purchasing and inside, looked like someone had been living in it! Back seats folded down, parcels and boxes strewn all over the back, is this any way to present a new (almost £50,000.00) vehicle to a potential customer? After a brief look at the car, went back into the showroom, where the salesman was busy with another customer. Sat and waited until he was free, then sat at his desk where he said if i put a deposit down today he could give me a big discount! No offer of a test drive was forthcoming and tbh, the state of the car outside, I wouldnt want one as it isn't the model I want anyway! After being treated so so poorly, I dare say, I will not be visiting Wilson & Co, Bolton, ever again and intend to take my hard earned cash and business elsewhere. You've certainly lost a potential customer today!!!

This company are happy to take your money but when things go wrong do all they can to get out of it 0 feedback avoid at all cost
My husband and I recently picked up our Mobility Car from Wilson and Co we were dealt with by Saleem who was very friendly and professional and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. We are so pleased with the car and the lovely friendly way we were treated. Thank you Saleem 10/10 for your professionalism and easy manner you dealt with everything much appreciated Mr and Mrs Furey

Bought a Vauxhall Astra Diesel 2018 model. On 26k miles, a year later I had to replace a worn flywheel, and for every other service, I have been dealt expensive health bills. I have spent £3k on repairs in two years. I am now looking to end my agreement early and get something more reliable and cost-friendly. I would not recommend anyone to buy a diesel version of any Vauxhall

Bought a faulty car as the heater does not work. Plus other faults. Have rung them numerous times for Helpand assistance have had no answers. Do not buy a car from here.

Purchased a car from here only a couple of weeks ago and the heated seats do not work. Had no assistance after reporting the fault and had to take my car to another dealership to find out that the heated seat elements require replacing.

Absolutely appalling Wilsons of Bolton are the WORST. Absolutely appalling. The worst repairs and customer service I have ever encountered. A non fault accident in FEBRYARY/21 resulted in Wilsons taking receipt of the vehicle for repairs of the damages. Rear door/quarter panel etc . You would think this was a simple process !? order parts replace and return the vehicle . No WRONG that is not what Wilsons did , first they forgot to order the parts ,which had me wondering and chasing up the repairs , which is not my job , then when it was eventually returned the infotainment system and all the electrical sensors were reading wrong. Another return to Wilsons another long unnecessary wait with no updates . The car was returned and we were told all was well, WRONG! the rear doors panelling was hanging off ,pins and clips and rubbers hanging off ,it would'nt close properly reading on the dash it was open . Returned it to Wilson personally where "Steve" was red faced humiliated and embarrassed with the "unacceptable repairs we did" . Two weeks to book it in another unsuitable car as a courtesy , highly inconvenienced again adding to my anxiety when driving this unsuitable vehicle. Car brought to Wilsons again at my cost for petrol each time £60 at least in total. Something i was told would be returned ,more lies still waiting for it, then came more excuses. The car on all its visits was never valeted in line with covid19 regulations but we noted on the invoice the insurance company were billed for it. So fraudulent costings. Returned again after realigning door and actually doing the repairs correctly this time ,but left with an issue then of "no hill assist/no start stop function , which was working when they took it. Another phone call and more false promises from Steve about how it may now have to go back to the manufacturers?! Apologies with no integrity and a "i'll get back to you. Yeah right 4 days later i'm chasing it again , so i ask for details to send a formal complaint I was lied to obstructed and refused information, told send your complaint to inquiries That's a new one! should i ask for sales when i need a service ? and then had the phone banged down on me. WOW way to go eh?! WILSONS OF BOLTON. Shelley on reception is a charmer almost as incompetent as Steve and WILSONS in general , FORMAL COMPLAINTS, to insurers and formal complaint to Motability , absolutely disgraceful ,unprofessional, incompetent rude and disingenuous. MY ADVICE IS STAY AWAY STAY CLEAR , THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED, and bring a bad name to all the motor industry. Wilsons are dreadful at ,repairs , customer service and keeping their word. A rating of 0 out of 10 is more appropriate. Dreadful company.
