I've just spent the last 6 weeks without my vehicle that hasbeen with in your service shop for 3 weeks After a huge amount of correspondence that I have to say has involved myself calling your dealership; I have spoken to ENZO PONTI today and had an awful experience in terms of customer care, support and general basic human communication. I have NEVER been spoken to in the off hand, unsupportive, aggressive and generally off hand and manner that this person spoke to me. Not once did they ask about my position and terrible journey that I have already had with KGM UK motors in getting to this point 6WEEKS on with a vehicle that has been with your service team for the last 3 weeks I have NEVER been called and updated about this vehicle/ my place with Wilson and Co, i have however rang everyday for the last 3 weeks to try and glean what is happening. Enzo Ponti was extremely short, did not FOR 1 MINUTE explain who he was his position, what had happened and the process the vehicle had been through since it had been with yourself I have to mention your other team people here, namely Catherine and I think Laura who HAVE been the most helpful. I am faced unexpectedly with a HUGE vehicle issue that your employee ENZO PONTI could only repeatedly tell me may need "A NEW ENGINE " but falled short to go into any other detail. The fact that your technical department had already emailed me a diagnosis last week that the vehicle issue was an injection problem and was due to be fixed on Tuesday THIS WEEK AT THE LATEST and this read corroborated by your Service team had obviously led me in to the fact I would be getting my vehicle back, indeed I had arranged transport to pick it up. I have had ZERO updates about this and then to hear this from ENZO PONTI that " I can't do anything now as they're is no service his on the vehicle" !!! This is the first time I have learnt I needed to leave "service history in the vehicle "!!! I can assure you that this vehicle after being purchased brand new has been serviced by GALLAGHERS Warrington at the assigned and correct and required times. This dealership has since closed, hence the reason I have had to take the vehicle to yourselves as your the nearest dealership/ service. If I would have known I would have been given the awful service and way I have been today spoken to by ENZO PONTI I would have had the vehicle recovered another 100 miles to nearest KGM Authorised place indeed, ANYWHERE that I may hopefully be spoken to and treated better. Mobility car picked up this morning fault on door should have been done 2 months ago when it went in for service they had no time had to have the car back hospital appointments .been waiting all day for return of car nothing so i ring them they said its waiting for a part they will ring in the morning no phone call or nothing wheelchair is in the car as it should have been back today as they have had it 9 hours and it was in 9 hours for service
went to look at a Mokka test drove it the salesman was very polite but was pressuring for 500 pound deposit. i agreed so he could bring a car from Grimsby told him if i did not like the car would i get my deposit back he said yes the full amount. day after went to Wilson and co Bolton asked to see the manager has the figures did not add up waited an hour and a half so i walked out phone call Saturday 4.50pm telling me the sales man i was dealing with was no longer with the company the sales lady acted has it was a done deal i told her that i had to see the car first before i made my mind up . went to see the car Tuesday test drove it she was very polite and help full .After the test drive i was unsure it had not got an electric boot and did not have 360 radar and was not a hybrid and had a thousand mile more on the clock than i was told. I declined to have the car and asked for my deposit back she said she would have to go and see the manager the manager came back with her and they tried to still sell me the car i said no i want my deposit back. He said that they would have to take 250 pounds has they had brought the car from Grimsby explained to him i was not told this so accepted what he said had not signed any contract or seen any figures till i said i did not want it So left the building politely and shook the managers hand has i did not want to get into a heated debate i am now going to try and get my deposit back not a very trustworthy place and try to blame there mistakes onto the customer not a very good place at al for and wish i had looked on this website before
Was offered a test drive of the Car I'm interested in buying two weeks ago, arranged to go last Sat @ 1pm. 11:30am on the day, this dealership phoned me to cancel due to the car being unavailable that day. Re-arranged for the same time today (29/06/24) Turned up 30 mins early and was told the car was open for me to view on the forecourt. Got to the car which was filthy and covered in cobwebs on the outside, Wasn't the 'Top of the range' model I'm interested in purchasing and inside, looked like someone had been living in it! Back seats folded down, parcels and boxes strewn all over the back, is this any way to present a new (almost £50,000.00) vehicle to a potential customer? After a brief look at the car, went back into the showroom, where the salesman was busy with another customer. Sat and waited until he was free, then sat at his desk where he said if i put a deposit down today he could give me a big discount! No offer of a test drive was forthcoming and tbh, the state of the car outside, I wouldnt want one as it isn't the model I want anyway! After being treated so so poorly, I dare say, I will not be visiting Wilson & Co, Bolton, ever again and intend to take my hard earned cash and business elsewhere. You've certainly lost a potential customer today!!!

This company are happy to take your money but when things go wrong do all they can to get out of it 0 feedback avoid at all cost
My husband and I recently picked up our Mobility Car from Wilson and Co we were dealt with by Saleem who was very friendly and professional and made the whole experience very easy and enjoyable. We are so pleased with the car and the lovely friendly way we were treated. Thank you Saleem 10/10 for your professionalism and easy manner you dealt with everything much appreciated Mr and Mrs Furey

Bought a Vauxhall Astra Diesel 2018 model. On 26k miles, a year later I had to replace a worn flywheel, and for every other service, I have been dealt expensive health bills. I have spent £3k on repairs in two years. I am now looking to end my agreement early and get something more reliable and cost-friendly. I would not recommend anyone to buy a diesel version of any Vauxhall

Bought a faulty car as the heater does not work. Plus other faults. Have rung them numerous times for Helpand assistance have had no answers. Do not buy a car from here.

Purchased a car from here only a couple of weeks ago and the heated seats do not work. Had no assistance after reporting the fault and had to take my car to another dealership to find out that the heated seat elements require replacing.
