Vivaro van not fit for purpose.. New engine at 17 thousand miles for sludging and a year later same issue.. Service has been very poor,having to chase to get any thing done.. Being told now there is nothing they can do with regards to any more work on the van.. Still under warranty… They are happy to sell you a vehicle but when it comes to issues it’s a fight.. Avoid the stress and hassle and buy elsewhere..
After buying a car I found their customer service to be non existent at best. They never phone back despite promises they will, they never pass messages on and no one knows what is going on when you do get through to them. My partner warned me about their after sales service, I wish I had listened.
Paid £400 on the advice of the salesman despite my reservations for a warranty a few months later the car developed a coolant leak took it in and explained to service desk was then told it was £120 for them to look at it when I found the salesman who sold me the warranty he said he didn't know about this so no product knowledge there then will Avoid in future and advise any readers to do the same

Absolutely the worst car i have ever bought from a main dealer. The car i bought online and had delivered to me , it has scratches and paint chips on the doors paintwork ,cigarette burns to the seats and floor carpets ,parking sensors do not work and i was lied to saying they were factory fitted sensors but just after-market rubbish ,not even been valeted and the 113 point check is a joke ,no way has this car been checked over! for a 2 year old car at nearly £14000 ,it is complete joke ,absolutely fuming with the customer service from Michael Wright and Wayne Gardener. 🤬🤬🤬

Wow, I wish I had looked here before buying from Wilson & Co Grimsby. I was told I was buying a reliable car that had been well looked after, as it turns out it was none of these things. Its been an absolute nightmare, trying to get an honest answer from them almost impossible, they have been charging me for parts I have now found out should of been included, thanks to citizens advise, a horrible company never again.

AVOiD... Purchased a car travelled 5 miles & the head gasket failed... Engine bay was spotless when I collected, 5 minutes down the road in Laceby, oil creamed up in the water & water creamed up in the oil, with oil pouring out of the head gasket, it has obviously been prepared to hide these issues, towed the car back to them, told on Saturday we will refund you, so I left the car, on Monday they say tough come & pick your car up nothing to do with us.... You want to buy from these charlatans!... I don't think so!... Absolute Shysters!... Worst Dealer experience in 32 years!....

Purchased a diesel as I commute. Turns out the car is only useable for motorway runs. It hunts when idle and a burning smell comes in the car. I was misold the vehicle as They are saying this is a characteristic of the car. Be careful buying Vauxhall or using Wilson's & Co Vauxhall Grimsby! Now I have a car I can't put my child in.

Unless you really cannot find an alternative elsewhere, I would strongly recommend not using Wilson and Co Grimsby, and if you have to, please be very careful. After paying my (assuredly refundable) deposit, I waited a month for the service records and record of the Network Q multi-point check. They ultimately tried to pass off a "Visual Vehicle Condition Report" as evidence of this check. Having received a booklet containing a detailed checklist within 2 days from my next dealer, it is obvious that what Wilson and Co. provided was not evidence of a Network Q check. In addition, the car I was purchasing was placed back on their website, and was never removed despite assurances it was a "technical issue" that would be resolved. After over a month of waiting and 10 days of the car being re-advertised, I decided to request my deposit back and look elsewhere, where my purchase of a better value car was done and dusted within a week with all information provided. It has now been over a month and my deposit has not been returned, despite twice being assured it was going to be. So I repeat, I strongly advise you avoid Wilson and Co. unless you really cannot find another vehicle elsewhere. If you must use them, make sure you get everything you're entitled to, double check all documents to make sure it is what you're told it is, and do not pay a deposit, else you risk them taking it and cutting contact with you.

I would recommend buying a car from Wilsons & Co, Grimsby, Doug was very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all my questions.
Wilson & Co Grimsby is the most unhelpful dealer i have come across in fifty years of driving, on picking up car it had been damaged by dealership, no master key told me they would order one, then told that this car did not have one after checking with chevrolet uk and main chevrolet dealer was told the spark came with remote locking wilsons said thats what you purchased, after emailing managing director and being told the sales manager would sort my complaints, after meeting the sales manager he told me all the things they were going to do to sort my complaint, but then said they were not going to do any thing, they just use bully boy tactics to get rid of complainants ,i have know made five visits to dealer and still not happy with them but there attitude seems to be tough now just go away.
