I bought a used Fiat 500 LD14FWK from Wilsons in July 2016. The car turned out to have two faults. This was confirmed by an independent inspection. Wilsons offered to fix one fault but did not admit to the other fault. Motor Codes told me that Wilsons have a legal obligation to show me the report. Both faults were detailed by the independent inspector, who clearly stated that both issues "require attention". Wilson's were very reluctant to even discuss an exchange or refund, let alone offer one. I had to threaten court action to get a part refund. They withheld £500 because I had used the car! I had spent 10 out of the 12 weeks that I owned this car trying to get it fixed! As soon as I returned this car to Wilsons it went straight back up for sale. Have they fixed both the faults? Who knows? They have listed the car as having had one previous owner, but they sold it brand new to a local lady, and then this year they sold it to me. There are two registered keepers on the log book, which Wilson's now have. I have contacted them to point out this error in their listing, but they have refused to change it. This is FRAUD. Wilson's are a dishonest company - please do not buy a car from them. I did, and it caused me three months of distress , worry, and financial loss. DO NOT TRUST WILSONS OF EPSOM.

I purchased a Peugeot 5008 from this dealership in May. The car was poorly prepared with no carpets in and the oil needed changing. It took a while for me to get my deposit back and for them to release the car and they had a funny attitude about me having pre arranged finance. The car was very good value for money but I would not recommend this dealership based on their service.

Service and enthusiasm evaporated between paying the deposit and picking up a 2nd hand Nissan Qashqai. The dealership insisted we pick up the vehicle at 4:00 pm in the afternoon in November despite asking if this could be done the next day in daylight hours. Although we checked the vehicle as much as possible in the dark, it was only a couple of days later that I noticed the front tyre tread seemed dramatically less that when first viewing the car. As we were taking the vehicle on a trip through Europe at the end of January 2015, we decided to get it serviced three months or 5,500 miles earlier than required, at another Nissan Dealership in central London. We had owned the car for just over a month and put approximately 1000 miles on the clock. The premature service report highlighted the tyres as illegal, requiring replacing. Although we cannot prove this, I strongly suspect the tyres were replaced between first viewing, and purchasing the vehicle. Either way, despite the Nissan's promise of worry free purchasing from a Dealership, we have been advised, it is probable this vehicle left Wilsons with illegal tyres or at the very least, should have been warned that the car would never legally make it to its next service in March. I have not approached Wilsons on this as they never responded to our phone calls before and expect the same lack of interest regarding this complaint. AVOID !

The whole process has been good and bad as we now have a problem with the car. The salesperson was try to help but i'm now dealing with the service dept they were unable to fix my car in the same day, and so im now waiting for the problem to be fixed by the dealer. So the best way to explain the service i got from this dealer is to say it wasn't bad but its not good either just neutral

Gregg was helpful and informative at all times, and arranged tax and mot on my new car so that it was a hassle-free transaction for me. I would highly recommend Wilsons, particularly Gregg in the Renault garage.
