Avoid this Honda dealership in Wimbledon Park Honda. They are only interested in making a sale and clearly don't care about the customer service experience. They over promise and under deliver, and have no integrity and are NOT honest!!!! Terrible service all round!!!!!! If I was rating this dealership I couldn't as they were ungradable, it was that bad!!!!!

We went to look for a Honda car and were approached by Jaspal Bhachu. He kept pushing us to purchase even when we said we were only looking! He couldn't answer any questions and looked annoyed as we asked more details. He didn't seem interested in helping us just wanted a sale. We explained it was a big investment and needed time. He told us we were wasting his time. He was rude and inpolite. Where do these people come from? He is losing your business Honda - maybe you need to get some real car salesmen who care about their customers!!!. Wouldn't buy a bike from him.
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Car was delivered to me with 2 miles left of charge, car turned up with 3 scuffed wheels a big dent in the passenger door and no parcel shelf, tyre pressure warning light was on and discussed with the delivery driver that the tyre just needs a bit of air and to reset psi on the dash. Rang and spoke to Daniel Bartlett who told me there was nothing he could do. The manager reasoned with me , she was very polite and ended up giving me £150 off, I then called up a few days later and spoke to Jaspal Bhachu who was so rude and wouldn’t let me talk or explain about the tyre pressure warning light and just told me it’s nothing to do with him now, before I could explain he told me if I want to return the car to drive it to Wimbledon from Brighton and I’d have to pay for the damage to the tyre and extra miles used, when I was simply asking for advice about what the tyre pressure to be set to as it keeps coming up on the dash. I then was told later that I was rude and the call had been recorded and listened back to after not even being made aware the calls were recorded which is a breach of GDPR!!!

Visited this dealership to view a used vehicle in part exchange for mine, I found that the whole Sales Team were very helpful and very professional which resulted in me purchasing the vehicle. Special thanks to Kush and Geanina for all of there help and assistance in making this a smooth transaction.
I inquired about a vehicle at Wimbledon Park Honda but did not want to drive to Wandsworth from Eltham, Ceyda brought the car to me and arranged my trade in and purchase from my home. This is service on another level. My new car will be delivered to me within days. They went out of their way to make a sale which is not that usual anymore as I could have been a waste of time, but with their quality cars it would be difficult to say no. My best car purchase in many years.
hi i have had a good experience with buying a used Hyundai I10 car from Wimbledon park Honda i had a very helpful sales guy (Elliott) who helped me with the finance and the whole purchase of buying the car right to the day i went along and picked my car up i just wanted to say i am very pleased with my purchase and i would recommend this dealership to my Friends and family i give this dealership 100% of my satisfaction.
I purchased my third Honda from Wimbledon Park Honda on 28/8/16. I was excited and wanted to purchase with peace of mind so I purchased a used approved Honda CRV. My criteria was one owner and full service history. The advert clearly stated full service history. I still have the advert. The car was delivered. A little while later I looked for the full service history and there was none. I called the dealership and they stated that they had given it to me. They had not. I have just taken the car for a full service at Orpington Honda only to find that there is no full service history, Not only that, I am unable to have the bumper touched up because it is not painted in Honda specified paint. They supplied me with a car with a bumper painted unprofessionally. Honda Orpington have stated that it should never have been sold to me like that. I am now looking at having to replace the bumper rather than just have it touched up and I have not even owned the car for a year. At the time of purchase, I asked a few times if I could have the sat nav updated. I was told to buy a disc on eBay which is something that I was not comfortable doing. I purchased my Honda through a dealership for peace of mind. I intended to keep up the full service history by only having the car serviced at a Honda dealership like I did my last two Hondas. Through my recent experience, I have lost confidence in Honda which I was prepared to pay a premium for. I am so disappointed.

So pleased with Wimbledon Honda. Polite, helpful and we got a great second hand car. They made the whole process completely painless and also found a few extra's for our car at no cost.
