I really really enjoyed my experience when buying my BMW X1 down at Windmill Autos. It was a great service, very relaxed and chilled. From start to finish Andy was great, he was brilliant on the phone then during the hand over. He made it so smooth and simple which I really liked. The BMW was spotless, very clean and very tidy. So far SOOOO good!

So far so good!! First things firstI am going to say I would 100% come back and purchase my next car from these lovely, kind, helpful, courteous people. I very highly recommend Windmill Autos in Sandy to anyone because of their ridiculously good customer service. I am only going to give a 4 star rating due to only having the car for a few weeks, i'm still learning and getting used to the Lexus. Other than that it would be a full on 5 big stars :) A huge thanks to Sam my salesman who looked after me and explained everything and showed great attention to detail. :)

Purchasing the VW Polo was a pleasure at Windmill autos, Andy was great, he was absolutely marvellous. The VW Polo took some getting used to considering I am 80 years old now and I have driven a XL Jag for the last few years. I like the smaller car a lot but it was my wife's choice, she said that I have to have a small car now. If I had it my way I would have the jag back tomorrow! Thanks handy Andy. The A3 is exactly what I have been wanting and needing. It has been performing very well, and the fuel economy is exceptional! The Windmill team were very, very good. Everyone was so helpful, very considerate and attentive at all times. If I asked for any information or paperwork, it was given to me right away. I really can't fault any of the team, and would be more than happy to buy again👍.

My experience with Windmill Autos was exceptional, much better than my previous experience with a different dealer. They have actually restored my faith in dealers as I have been hounded in the past. When I was at Windmill Autos I received great customer service, I was well looked after and the staff made sure my needs and wants were met. All is good with the car, and it was a smooth and quick process. I highly recommend the Sandy team to anyone.

When I come across an issue with the battery, the team were on it right away, no questions asked, no messing about, they just cracked on right away. They got the car back in the garage for me, and within 10 or so minutes, the car was all sorted and the battery was brand new. They sold the car to me perfectly, and their aftersales has really impressed me. I can't fault them at all, thank you for all the help!
