Andy was good, very helpful he was not pushy at all. we couldn't get in it very well because it was in-between some cars so he sorted that out for us right away which we greatly appreciated. There was a couple of problems that they fixed before I purchased the car. The Kia has been lovely! The wife keeps stealing it most the time she loves it that much! We had looked at 50 different cars before we chose this one, this speaks volumes!

The car is perfect, we have done a few big trips in it and its perfect for them, even since we bought this car it has been smooth sailing. Windmill autos are absolutely brilliant. Sam was not pushy at all, they made the process very easy and highly efficient, I did have a little issue but they were on it like a car bonnet straight away. thank you very much Windmill Autos outstanding as ever!

No issues with the garage and no issues so far with the car. There was a few niggly bits that I've sorted myself but nothing major the car works very well for a used car. The reason for the 4* review is there was a bit of confusion over previous owners, but overall id say it was a very pleasant time whilst buying the Honda. I would still highly recommend.

Honestly, this place is excellent. I have never has customer care like this before. This opened my eyes as to how car dealers SHOULD BE. Absolutely top of the draw. Sam was outstanding in everything he did, he was just so friendly, no push, which I loved. We was left to our own devices, once we said hello ect.. of course. We sort of went off and did our own thing and they said to just go and grab one of them if had any question and honestly, that is so refreshing to see. The best service I have ever had, EVER. I am over the moon.

I'm pleased to say that my car is running well, without any issues this far. It's suiting my needs and doing its job perfectly. I must say, I find it quite lovely, and overall, I'm very content with it. As for the customer service, I can't speak highly enough. They've taken such good care of me, and I've never experienced such wonderful treatment in a garage before. The environment is clean and inviting, which adds to the positive experience. I want to assure them that we'll definitely continue coming back for their service. A full-hearted 5 stars from me.

I would rate a 5 stars based on my recent experience. Firstly, the car is running very well. I am loving the A3, I slightly wish I got a automatic but we are where we are and the car is great. Secondly, these guys were so responsive, If I messaged they would get back in contact straight away with any information I required. All was brilliant to be honest!

I can not recommend Windmill Autos enough! I was recommended by someone and the best choice I have ever made was going down to the dealership and buying a car from there. They are hands down brilliant, Andy is a gem. I had a few small niggles with the car and he has fixed all of them without question. The customer service was outstanding and I can't wait until I need an upgrade, here is where I will be coming first!

From start to finish the service was brilliant. I was left to look at the cars at my own pace so there was no pressure and I didn't feel like I had someone looking over my shoulder. They were never far away so when I did have questions I felt comfortable doing so and they were happy to answer. The Golf they sold to me is a great car, it drives really well.

I am a huge fan of Mondeo's and found myself in need of a newer one when the gear box went. I had a good search online which lead me towards Windmill Autos, they had one for sale which was on for a great price and ticked the boxes for me. I had never used Windmill Autos before this and I am grateful to have found them. When I took the Mondeo for a test drive I loved it almost immediately and knew I had made my mind up. Making the purchase was really straightforward and Andy remained true to his word. I would rate six stars if I could! 🙊 There is nothing I can fault them on!
