I bought my car from Windmill autos earlier this year and cannot rate them highly enough. Right the way through from the initial phone call, to visiting the show room and purchasing my car I was thoroughly impressed with the high levels of service and support that I received form Andy and Sam. There was a great range of cars to choose from considering I was looking for an automatic and have previously found it very hard to find a selection. I would definitely suggest giving them a call or dropping in when you're looking to purchase your next vehicle!
We drove an hour to look at an 'immaculate' car advertised on auto trader. When we got there, the car was far from immaculate!! It had pieces of the interior that had broken off, numerous scratches on the bodywork and you could see where a rear panel had been badly replaced!! Having driven an hour to get there, we decided we'd give it t a test drive anyway. The answer to this was that we could only test drive it if we either applied for finance or put a deposit down first. Basically they want you to their cars before you can drive it and if you're not happy with it after your test drive, tough!! Wouldn't go near Windmill Autos.
I am giving Windmill Autos a 5 score for there customer service which was excellent. We spoke to Sam who was very polite and helpful and was a pleasure to talk to. We were interested in a particular car and Sam run through all the details as in history and mot, unfortunately as we had quite a distance to travel and my wife was not very well and due to this we had to cancel out in getting our lovely car. Sam was most understanding and wished as well. Thanks for all your help Sam. Would recommend Windmill Auto's
My husband and I saw a great little automatic car I've been after for a while and drove just over an hour to this dealership. When we got there, no one bothered to come greet us outside as we were taking a look around the car. Once we went inside we were greeted and told we could take it for a test drive, which we did. It seemed like a nice little car, and we were interested. However, the car didn't have any service history after the first 20k miles (car has 75k miles) so we went to a coffee shop down the road to talk about it. The dealership seemed very friendly and had some great policies, so we were still considering the car. After a lengthy discussion we decided to pass on this car due to the lack of service history (so nothing to do with the garage), but when we called back to let them know we wouldn't be returning, but wanted to continue working with them and keep in touch about new stock they would get in, they hung up on us as soon as we said we were going to pass on this car. I was surprised because they seemed pretty nice and reasonable in person. I won't be going back there and wouldn't advise anyone to go there because they seem to care about sales, not customers.

The coffee shop we recommended for you to go to does have poor signal we tried calling you back but we got your voicemail. When we have customers on our forecourt we leave them to browse at there own pleasure as we do not want our customers feeling pressurized by ourselves. I had a similar experience. The sales people need to spend less time fabricating poor excuses and more time address there customer service skills skills and anger issues.
I bought a BMW 1 series in August 2015. The car was supposed to be serviced. Hower the was a massive oil leak that I had to fix a couple of weeks later. I don't believe the car has been serviced or has been serviced by people who are not able to do their own job. Obviously, the 3-months insurance did not cover this. WINDMILL AUTOS are not even bothered to reply to emails. Overall, very bad experience.

I bought a Honda Civic form Windmill Autos in April! I went there knowing which car I wanted so I took it for a test drive and I loved it! The salesmen were very kind and helpful and I had a really good experience with this dealership I would highly recommend.

Would highly recommend. Top service from these guys! Bought a Mercedes Benz from them and everything was ship shape! They needed to replace the tyres but they did this before I came to collect the car. Great customer service, really great value.

Really helpful dealership. There were a few small faults with the car including a fault with the central locking but they were all resolved before the day of collection. They also said the car had been serviced in December but i recently got an email saying that the car was due to be serviced. I contacted the company who supposedly serviced the car and they said that they had just given it new tyres...So I don't know who's mistake that is but other than those few issues everything is fine and the dealers have been very supportive. would recommend Windmill Autos.

I bought a Volvo v50 from these guys. I have had a few Volvos so when I bought it with a 3 months warranty I didnt expect any issues. After 3 weeks the DPF failed and after a lot of faffing about I found out I was not covered under warranty. I called Windmill Autos and they said just bring it in and we'll sort it out for you - free of charge. And they did including free hire car. To me that is good service - I recommend these guys.
Awful service. Bought a car from them and the engine blew up 7 weeks later. Rude on the phone. Wont speak to me about the issue and have left me thousands out of pocket. Avoid at all costs.
