I’ve had an appalling service (sales to maintenance) from KIA (avoid Daniela Cattanach at all costs) Slough and I was thinking about going VW. Having read these reviews I’ll now avoid like the plague. Thanks to the people who’ve posted here. Useful information here. Thing is with big brands once they get your money they don’t give a flying fu*k. True.
Went to order the parts guy seems dont wanna to talk to me after ordering the parts told me to wait two days for the parts to arrive we contact you when your parts are here. Waited nearly 8 days then i call them answer was oh yes your parts is here. Shit service

I have been three times with electrical issues with my car : could not lock in, lights on dashboard on all the time when driving, windows opening themselves. After first time they said was fixed, I payed lots off money..no it was not fixed, I went second time with this same, payed lots of money and in one month time I went again. On the 7th January they charged me over &400 - it was nothing what I payed before! I am coming to my car and the car doors are not locking at all and the switch on the dashboard was left the way I have left...I cried and cried called manager not replied..left car for a other week..This time I will take it very seriously as more people are involved in my case appoling! I can not believe.
This is a complaint about the service i received from VW Slough. I took my car in as the headlight was not working, and i was charged £20 for a replacement bulb which did not fix the issue. I was also told that the fuse had been checked and was fine. I was then advised i would have to bring the car in for diagnostics. However, i was travelling away so explained i would get it fixed with my local VW. The local branch checked the car and explained it WAS the fuse and there was no need for diagnostics. I was left embarrassed as i was under the impression that the fuse was fine. I am now angry that VW Slough were going to charge a diagnostic fee for NO REASON.

We had a very similar issue, but with a car leak! Now refuse to do anything about it. Will never use VW Slough again or recommend anyone to use them
Had car for service and although promised to book into worshop and there was no communication that the car would not be ready until the evening of the working day the car should have been ready. The car stayed for two weeks there. When picking up the car they were very unhelpful and there was a long waiting time. We now have another issue and the car needs to go back just days after a very expensive repair and an inspection service.
