Bought a car in February. Have had nothing but problems with it since. They are really responsive when they want you to buy the car, but once you have, they don't answer the phone. Luckily it had a 12 month warranty and most of the problems were eventually fixed under warranty, but it took me to keep going back and back until they were done. It's absolutely appalling that I was sold a car with so many problems from when I very first bought it, therefore I'm summing that a. They knew of the problems when they looked at the car but sold it like that anyway or b. They didn't do any checks on the car, which I thought is what you paid extra for when buying used cars from dealerships, should have peace of mind that the car has been thoroughly checked and prepped, and that's reflected in the price of dealerships charging more than private. I ended up selling the car as I had such a bad experience with it from that start that I just wanted rid of it in the end. So lost money getting 2 cars this year. Never again will I go to this company.

Saw the vehicle we liked online, after a full electric, had a Kuga hybrid to part exchange. Loved the Kuga but needed much more boot space than it provided. Was looking for something practical for our situation. We'd found a Puegeot e Rifter, low mileage, good spec and we could use for a number of journeys. We contacted Wingrove and spoke to Courtney explained our situation and that we lived in Fife so would like to pay the deposit and come and do the deal the same day. Courtney started to get all the paper work done and was there, at the end of the phone when we needed help with filling and scanning certain items, nothing was to much bother. It all took under a week and we travelled down to Peugeot Wingrove. They checked our Kuga we checked their Puegeot and the deal was sealed. Courtney showed us round the e Rifter and off we went. We would not hesitate in recommending this dealership staff were friendly and approachable, Courtney was a star. The e Rifter does exactly what we want it for and we enjoy the ride along with the cheaper motoring. Really can't fault the complete over-all experience. Thanks Courtney Roger & Wendy Jones.
I bought a car june last year, i have had the car in my hands aprox 3 month, the past 9 months since i bought it it has had multiple problems , this time it has been.in the garage 4 month/5 months coming up 6 , i pay 290 pounds per month and have been told i still have to pay that, wingroves have stated they do not owe me any money even though they have had the car much more then i have had it, as they have gave me a curtesy car, i have lost 6 months if not more car tax and insurance all in all i have lost over £1500 pounds , as u can imagine ,i would never touch this comapny again, they promise you the world and you get nothing once they get your signatures there commission, please look elsewhere do not make the worst mistake i did and used wingroves on silverlink!!! Service is appalling

I've just bought a Citroen C1 from Wingrove Silverlink, it's in an immaculate condition....what a beauty. I cannot fault the service I received...the lady I dealt with was Talia Cuthbertson, she was extremely pleasant & very knowledgeable about the vehicle. Also the car taxation and service plan which she also dealt with. All done in 24 hours from first seeing the car to driving it away. Thank you for everything.

My car broke down and it sat there for 4days with not been looked at and I was told it would be 3 weeks before anything could be done, no help at all, had to get it towed to another garage to get fixed, will never go there again

I was looking to purchase a used car with low mileage. Sales Manager and staff were brilliant very friendly and not pushy. Showed me several cars one of which I did purchase. I experienced excellent customer service from start to finish special thanks to Ciaran. I would highly recommend this company.
Been having problems with my peugeot and popped into wingrove silverlink for a bit advice and information .from the minute we walked in we were treat by really friendly helpful staff nothing was a fuss or problem.came out deposit on a new car, courtesy car to keep me on the road until I can pick up the new one.now that's what I call customer service thankyou so much especially Ann and Chris. 100% recommended.

Bought a van (brand new) in Dec 2021. Good customer service to start with and van was delivered fairly quickly as promised. However just over 4 months into ownership the van has developed a fault for which 'there is no known cure'. They left us without transport for well over a week and we had to fight to get a hire van from them. I requested either a full refund, a replacement van or compensation and was promised the sales manager (Alan I think) would ring me to discuss but as expect no call arrived. I would avoid this dealership and Peugeot vans in general, this isn't the first van we had issues with.
