I had a really good sales service when bought my 308 at WJ King Sidcup with Steve in Oct/2022. Had services reminders and decided to give a try and booked the annual service for 24/10/23. All went smooth and I was very pleased. I had the dreadful engine light on 12/11 and as I had a recent service, I called them. The operator managed to find a slot for 23/11. The reception was smooth as always and I was told it would take a couple of days to receive a call, which I understood for 2 reasons: 1) it a busy period; 2) due diligence. Waited for a week with no response and on 30th I call to chase. I was told the assigned technician was on break and would call me back. On Friday 1st I called as no response from the previous day and was told that the car was still under investigation and no outcome yet, but something would come and I would receive a call at the end of the day. Monday 4th I called at 2:03pm and was told byTracy that technician had it and was going to call at the end of the day. Just didn't. So I called at 5:26pm and spoke with a guy who told a series of elusive excuses. 1) The Technician just did a second run but results are inconclusive at this moment; to which I queried: in 10 days, how come this is the second time it was touched? how come inconclusive results when it is all computerized? they have an ODB reader which will point out the issue. if they are representing the manufacturer, and cannot find the issue either they are incompetent, or the product is not good. 2) Have no complimentary car available for the weekend of 09/10th. On the call in the previous week I mentioned that I needed the car ready for the weekend, or if they could arranged a complimentary car. At this point I was fuming on the phone as for this situation I have no idea if I will need to order and wait for parts to arrive, delaying things even more! And really it is not up to me to spend £60-70 in a rental car. I was told today (05/12) they will make sure to do another reading and let me know later in the day. I'm at a point that I lost confidence if I will receive a call, or if receiving the call it will not be a reliable service they will offer me trying to upsell and just get rid of an upset customer. I've had Peugeot's cars for 20 years and traumatized after an experience with my last RCZ (which was not WJ King's fault, but that trauma is really affecting the current situation). I didn't sleep last night and really in a bad place today. My partner is a journalist and I can easily have this escalated in the media. My next car will not be a Peugeot, nor a member of Stellantis Group, as my passion for the lion brand is ending.

Yesterday I found a Kia Niro that I liked on Kia website with the registration No GD70KSE at Kia Sidcup. I rang the branch and requested a test drive and was given an appointment at 11.30am today, Friday 27th October 2021. My wife and I drove about 40 minutes from Addiscombe to arrive at Kia Sidcup with a 15' spare. We were received by a lady at the reception desk and was shown the said car just outside the showroom for us to look at while waiting for a sale person to assist us. About 5 minutes later, the same lady came out and said "that car was no longer available because it had been reserved on line about 10 minutes ago for him to test drive tomorrow". She also said that "if the sale doesn't go through I will give you a call later tomorrow." We were very disappointed because we had already booked and were here for our test drive appointment. The lady kept on saying sorry. She then invited us to look around to see if we would be interested on any other car since we were here already. We said "no thanks" and left. It was a very bad customer service that we rereived. We really thought that as a wellknown brand like Kia we would have expected a much better customer service.

Yesterday I went to the Kia Sidcup car showroom to buy Kia E Niro, I was only there because I was told by the sales person on Thursday that they have grey colour and white colour car available on their showroom. I was greeted by the salesperson and sat down and started talking. He was asking for my preference. He asked me if I have been to another showroom I said yes. So the person asks me why am I there in their car showroom, why didn’t go to the other place, I told him”I only came here because Sidcup has a car available in my preferred colour. After a bit he asks me again why am I there in their car showroom. I started to feel that he doesn’t want to give his sale time to me because of my skin colour .Then the third time he asks me again. On that occasion I left the car showroom and went back to the original car showroom which is based in Enfield and one of the best customer service you will receive From Manager , salesperson and service salesperson and I did purchase my £40,000 car from there.

Always have great customer service whenever I have to take the car for a service or MOT. Peter in particular always goes above and beyond. Unfortunately I am changing cars so will not be able to use kia any longer
Your car will be left on one of the small side roads and is likely to get damaged. This is the only garage i've been to where they don't keep the cars onsite. Avoid at all costs if you like your car/van.

Booked my Kia for repair at Kia Sidcup. Put in on Thursday. constantly having to ring them for updates. I was told it might be ready for Monday yet more chasing on Monday. In the end I got so frustrated, I went to garage and found out my car was parked on the public highway rather than in their workshop. I was lied to blatantly that they told me that the work was carried out but it was not.. stay away people...
Bought a car less than two years ago from WJ King Kia in Sidcup. Clutch burning smell and said can’t look at it for over three weeks. Terrible service and attitude! I then get a text reminding me of annual service.
I had a Ford KA which was at the end of its PCP so was shopping around for a good deal and a better drive. I had heard good things about Seat cars so popped in to see what deal could be done on a Seat Mii. I initially went in Feb 16 but wasn't in a position to buy until May 16. When I went back I dealt with Paul Bennett who was so helpful. I had quiet a tight deadline and he found me a Mii by Mango which was in stock. The car is great, excellent to drive and really, really brilliant value for money. £35 fills the car for two weeks and I do 50 miles everyday. I then went back with a friend, and dealt with Brian Florence and Ashley. They were so helpful and friendly; I got a voucher with my car so I got £50 cheque for introducing someone and my friend got £50 off her car. I would strongly recommend this dealership, they treat you as a person and really listen to what you want. Thanks guys!!
