My husband drives “not me” but I do have the last say , when entering we were greeted by Jamie to whom offered tea or coffee his well mannered approach made us feel at ease. Our appointment was with a chap called Guy his well manned,customer service approach was outstanding anything I asked he answered with confidence and no hesitation. We were looking to purchase a Vauxhall Mokka, we had a good chat regarding this and a laugh too, in this day and age you don’t often get that much. Even Duncan the manager (THE BOSS MAN) came out his office and acknowledged both my husband and I again you don’t offen see that. We were in the showroom over an hour and it flew by I can’t forget the other salesman please forgive me I’ve forgotten his name but a pleasure to meet. never the less we drove out with a new Vauxhall mokka and very happy too. From first contact to leaving was 5 stars. Booking in very quick and easy. I waited on site, whilst having a chat with Ben (Sales) always very cheerful and happy for a catch up. Lovely comfortable seats whilst watching tv and reading vehicle literature to keep one up to date with new coming Vauxhalls. Offered several cups of hot beverages whilst waiting. Less than 2 hours later, my vehicle had also been washed outside and in. When my vehicle was purchased new in May last year (Ben Raby)again, from start to finish was an excellent experience.
