What a waste of time, I should have believed all the bad reviews this dealer has before visiting them. Located on a high street but no company name displayed on site. No landline number exist for this dealer and a very bad experience visiting this dealer. No allowed for test drive telling me it is covered in the warranty package and I should not worry. Once changed my mind , cancellation fees of £500 was told to me. Additional invoices were given to me after the keys were handed i.e £90 admin fee. Ridiculously bad from them the moment I had paid them deposit on the car. I have lost £500 as it is civil matter. AVOID WMS Motor Group.
I bought an amazing Suzuki Alto SZ3 from WMS Motor Group. 2010, 37000 miles, amazing external and internal condition. Engine works like a charm. Despite my reluctance for used car dealers, Max was really helpful by replying to all my questions and concern. He was quite confident for the car and now I can understand why!!! Much lower price than any other dealer I visited (3 in total), with two years warranty for any mechanical or electrical damage (labor cost included). Even 10 days after my purchase, I called him for further advice regarding the car's gearbox. He booked me in, inspected the car, confirmed there was nothing wrong with it and finally he advised me what exactly I need to check and inspect from time to time. Amazing customer support. Totally recommended. Thank you Max. Car Details: Suzuki Alto, SZ3, 2010, 5 doors.

Saw a very good offer on a mini on Autotrader with 2 years warranty. Ad just seemed a little too good to be true. Researched them and found a whole bunch of information. Strangely on autotrader they have good reviews, which I think they have created himself judging by the information that I have found.
Nearly all the reviews here published seem to reflect the same reaction. Danger and disappointment. I can't argue with this. The one 'member of staff' that I spoke to was in such a hurry to sell me what might have been perfect -and most unwilling to countenance a test drive- that I contacted what I thought was their Head Office in Thame, only to find that they denied any connection with Motor sales as such, and claimed to be trying to get the Hanwell group to stop using their name. Smells fishy!
I have tried calling the dealer for few days now and no one seems to answer the only mobile phone provided. No voicemail optional. What is the point of having so many cars on Autotrader website with only one mobile number for contact. No website/address/landline could be found when researched. I have given up calling and thus showing my frustration while reviewing WMS Motor Group.

Found one of their cars on Autotrader. Rang yesterday afternoon and the man on the other end was uninterested, just saying 'phone again tomorrow to see if we're around'. Tried to find out where they were on maps but no address. Did a HPI check... outstanding finance (car could be taken once bought if not settled). Also found these reviews! Thank god didn't give WMS Motor Group any of my money!

No website, no landline and not even the dealer's name on display in showroom for a dealer with over 200 cars must be a bad sign. A servicing fee of £250 or lose my deposit or pay a cancellation fee of £500. Reluctant to let me have a test drive the car before paying some deposit on the car. Bad experience and no customer protection in there. A civil matter if argued with them!
To start with why has WMS MOTOR GROUP dealer not have a landline number and a fixed address ?? I would like to share my terrible experience of buying a car from WMS MOTOR GROUP dealer based in Southall/ Hendon area of London. I bought a car from them recently and my experience was really bad. The car engine light came on one day later. The warranty company not willing to fix it. The car I bought was not good enough for the road. Always argue for a test drive before signing any paper work in that office. I was forced to pay fees which I found out after filling the V5 form, calling those fees as part of the final sales invoices. When refused to pay I was told to pay a cancellation fee of £500.00. The fees are added on a sales invoice after handing over the car keys and customers being forced to pay the fees as they imposed a £500 cancellation fee. Paul Williams Car Sales Ltd was on my debit card statement as I paid the deposit money. Stay away and avoid the rude staffs. Zero rated !
Any car advertiser that does not show an address and only uses a mobile number should be treated with suspicion. A call to them proved to be really painful, these guys know nothing of the car you may be interested in buying and are quite frankly not interested in selling. They never return calls and when you ask them questions about the car they tell you to refer to their badly worded and inaccurate ads on Autotrader and others. In short I don't know why anyone would persevere with such rude people
