I am Cleesa. I have previously posted a review here for the horrible experience we had with them. WNH car sales OWNER had replied to our review with fake and fabricated stories about our deal, which we can prove by the WhatsApp conversation screenshots. This is only to mislead others and they know that we can’t reply or post another review in google from the same account. I have given up on them and can’t waste my time to prove them cheaters. So, I am using another account to warn everyone against this fraudster and after going through their reviews, I have noticed they have cheated so many innocent people. Those of you who got cheated by them can feel free to contact me at callmejoyson@gmail.com , my husband’s email address, for supporting us taking legal action against this scammer as we had started court proceedings against them already. We had submitted our claim and compensation request in court and we have handed over to our solicitor all proofs including full chat messages with them and photos. Your one word of support will definitely help us in court to prove them we are not an only case and it is their regular way to cheat others for money. Also, it will save many poor people like us in future who are buying a small car with their only savings from working hard day and night. Please email us if you agree and your help will be much appreciated. Many thanks.

Shaun Wood in response to Fraud, Scammers, Illegal... Beware..!!!

I’ve just sent you an email Cleesa with more evidence of them being dodgy and deceitful, ridiculous and vile behaviour; literally the worst experience buying a used car ever. I hope you make them fully pay for their fraudulent practises… practises driven purely by green and without so much as a second thought for the consequences of this they sell cars too!

WNH CAR SALES from WNH Car Sales LTD in response to Fraud, Scammers, Illegal... Beware..!!!

Same person as above (cleesa and joyson) This review from a 'Cleesa' yet the email is a 'joyson'. Leaving several anonymous reviews despite us beating you in court is just a waste of your own time. The judge ruled the car was advertised as spares and repairs and as a trade deal with no warranty implied or given. As a result of your defeat in court please can you delete this review otherwise we will have no option but to file for defamation.

Since posting comments below, I have since been back in touch with Mr Adam J from WNH Car Sales Ltd and, we have agreed to a civil and mutually acceptable agreement. Whilst it was a difficult situation Adam did rectify the issue and, I now consider the matter resolved.

I purchased a vauxhall zafira on 27/10/2022 and paid in full, i saw it advertised on auto trader and thought it would be a good buy after having issues with my previous car so I was overly cautious when looking for a new one. I enquired and the gentleman seemed very helpful and friendly. When I enquired as to why it was listed as spares and repairs and questioned any faults I was assured that it ran and drove well no unwanted sounds and such. I was told it came with 2 keys as advertised full mot and full service history and was told that the previous owner had drove it to them from 120 miles away so this put me at ease thinking it was a good car, I was told all vehicles are put down as spares or repairs when they have been part exchanged but there were no issues as he was aware I would have 4 children one of which being a baby in the vehicle on a daily basis. I had the car delivered on 28/10/2022 having not seen the vehicle in person or even via a video call which I have seen a few have been done looking at multiple reviews I should be covered under the distance selling regulations giving me 14 days to be entitled to a full refund. When the car was delivered the delivery driver couldn't get away quick enough not even allowing me time to check the car over properly before he left. I initially looked in the glove box before he had left and noticed there was only one key for the vehicle even though it was advertised with 2 so I am a key missing and I had no receipt of any sort even though I was told "everything for the car will be in the glove box" the engine sounds rattly and is excessively burning fuel which you can smell and it is smoking alot, not sure how this passed and mot however I am no mot specialist. A warning light has also come on with the car, I have tried being in touch multiple times in regards to a full refund under the distance selling regulations however the only response I have received was - Refund for what reason? Car was sold as spares and repairs Meaning your purchasing the car to either repair it or for spare parts On other reviews they have responded to complaints saying they are obliged as an independent car company to give a 14 day money back guarantee, I have been requesting this time and time again and it has still not been granted. I would never deal with this company again it has been extremely stressful when it doesn't need to be. Hopefully leaving this review may trigger a response and a resolution may be achieved.

Wasim, from WNH car sales have cheated us in a very bad way. He is a fraud. Anyone who is up to buying a car from them, BEWARE. One way or the other they will cheat money. Dont even deserve one star. He sold an Insignia which is not even roadworthy, without even giving us a clue about it. When I got the car delivered, it was in a pathetic condition. Side mirror and gear knob was broken and also had 2 warning signs on odometer. When we tried to do a test drive, car stopped in middle of the road just after driving for few minutes. We dont know how we reached the garage which was just a mile away from us. Then the mechanic found the gearbox is broken and to be changed which is going to cost us more than £3000..!! What a pity we trusted them and paid full amount before car is delivered. From that day he had tricked us by telling he is ready for part exchange and will take this car back for reduced amount. Even though we were about to lose money we agreed to get this bloody damaged car out of our sight. We had been waiting for another car from then and still we are waiting. Nothing happened. He had fooled us for one month and at the end we are taking them to court. He had tried all his tricks and even told us this company is going to close soon and we are going to loose money. So please stay away from them if you don’t want yourself in all this trouble and to waste your time and money.

WNH CAR SALES from WNH Car Sales LTD in response to Fraud, Cheaters... BEWARE

We are extremely disappointed that you believe you've had a bad experience with us. Having reviewed all correspondence between yourself and our sales assistant I can now comment on the above incident. This vehicle was listed as spares and repairs and at around 3k less than market value. You purchased the car and then later informed us you had no understanding of what was meant by spares and repairs. Despite it being no fault of ours that you didn't understand what spares and repairs was we have offered you a full refund minus transport costs or a part exchange (which you asked for and agreed with) We informed you the car you were after we didn't have in stock and we would have to source one and ensure it had no faults mechanically and would come with 12 Months Mot as you had asked. You had given my colleague a list of 3 automatic cars which you'd like (Mondeo, Insignia and Passat) We sourced in the past 3 weeks over 6 different cars to which you said you either didn't like the colour or the spec wasn't as you wanted. We work super hard on ensuring all our customers no matter what the situation are happy with the experience and the lengths we go to in order to ensure they have had a positive experience with our dealership. There is however a point to which it gets to where there's not much else we can do. We are still open to offering you a refund minus delivery costs. If you are to accept this then please do get back in touch

Purchase date 13/09/2022 Done a part ex for vehicle from dealership initially the process did take longer than usual on our side which was our fault also gave full details and photos of our part ex to all our knowledge. However the buying process was terrible and shocking towards the end. Firstly we wanted to view vehicle in person but wassim from the dealership convinced to us to take delivery for vehicle instead offering a 14day money back guarantee and 6 warranty and mentioned various things about MOT not being able to complete if we viewed and collected on the same day due to long distance so it was a no brainer at that point in time to agree with delivery. Delivery was done late in the evening around 8pm so we couldn’t even inspect the outer body of vehicle due to living in remote area which outer vehicle wasn’t as described in advert also was told that the car would be delivered by a ”proper transport” company they drove the vehicle from dealership, vehicle didn’t even come delivered on a trailer we believe that it wasn’t even “proper transportation” company that delivered it just all a front but it was the staff from dealership. Discussed once the payment was taken upon delivery, we was told that a receipt will be issued as well as the 6 month warranty paperwork yet both we haven’t been in receipt off since 13/09. The “transportation company” checked over the part ex vehicle from our side and confirmed everything was fine during handover and the dealership told them that they was happy with the information we provided and once we paid outstanding amount they drove off apparently towards Edinburgh which has nothing to do with us to collect another customers vehicle. Around 2 hours or so later wassim from the dealership messages with a video to let us to say the “proper transportation” company sent him that video and the vehicle they accepted and drove for 90 miles down the motorway has broken down to our knowledge the deal was done once the “proper transportation” company had drove off with the part ex vehicle confirming it was fine, they tried to make out that the turbo was blown and then tried to say that I told them I had the turbo replaced during the handover and the turbo was blown out. Little did they know we had everything recorded via our home security cameras that evening of the handover in which we immediately sent this recording to wassim which showed nothing about “Turbo” was even mentioned and them confirming everything was “fine”. A few days later wassim from the dealership then decides to reply and message saying that our part ex vehicle was “fu*ked” (real professional) and they are losing out on money and how they had to cancel the “proper transportations companies trip to Edinburgh due to the part ex vehicle breaking down “90 miles” later so we was liable for these cost which are COMPLETELY NOTHING TO DO WITH US!! and we definitely made it clear as nothing of that was our action we wasn’t driving the vehicle that went for 90 miles down the motor for all we know they could of been ragging the vehicle at gods speed and not our fault as it’s not our business that the “proper transportation” company had to go to Edinburgh. They tried to push there luck to get more money out of us and the funny thing was around 2/3 days later they posted advert of our part ex car with this following description- Kia CEED 1.6 CRDI 2 Sportswagon, Automatic, 2 keys, Parking sensors, 3 Months warranty, Extended warranty available, Mot till Feb 2023, Last Mot had O advisories , Bodywork in excellent condition, No unwanted noises, Excellent on fuel Drives great in every gear , Part exchange welcome, Nationwide delivery available, Silver, £4500 Beware! Shocking customer service, unprofessional and we are still awaiting 6 month warranty paperwork!!! THEY ALSO MESSAGE IF WE DON’T DELETE THE REVIEW THEY WILL HAVE IT TAKEN OFF THEMSELVES!!! Sort out all this mess like a proper seller !!! Stop mis selling cars !!! How you describe the car is nothing like how it really is !!! FIX IT!!!

WNH CAR SALES from WNH Car Sales LTD in response to BEWARE!!!!!

Thank you for your review, Tina. We are disappointed that you feel as though your experience with our company wasn't a pleasant one. Having reviewed all our correspondence with yourself and after speaking to the sale assistant I can confirm the vehicle which we paid £800.00 more than what you wanted as a part exchange was not as described. The transport company did drive the vehicle away (something which is not uncommon in the car industry today due to rising fuel prices) however they drove no more than 12 miles until the Turbo went on the car (Videos which we have shown you along with the repair invoice by Kia) You had claimed you had the turbo was recently repaired this however seems to be a lie. With regards to the vehicle, we sold you, the car was inspected thoroughly by you and your partner in a well-lit garage at 8pm where you analysed and went over every panel of the vehicle. Your left us a deposit and on the same day we put a new MOT on the car even though the current Mot was 9 Months and we done a Full Detail on the car as per your request as it was a gift to your wife. The car was also delivered to you on the same day. You were also prior to the sale, sent a 6-Minute-long video where went over every aspect of the car from bodywork all the way through to showing you how lane assist works. You did not claim any sort of dissatisfaction with our car until we notified you about the Turbo going on your car. As you have mentioned in the review you had a 14 Day money back guarantee which as an independent car dealer we are obliged to give when a car is sold as a 'off-premises/distance sale under the Consumer Contracts (information, cancellation and additional charges) regulations 2013. You repeatedly declined our offer to give you a full refund stating to us ' your wife loves the car'. Addressing your point regarding the warranty, this is not something we do in-house. The warranty is paid for by us on sale and the actual policy is done by a 3rd party company on this occasion (Warranty Assist) They usually take 4-5 working days to create the policy as set it up. The invoice we provided you on sale had the warranty reference number in and having contacted the warranty company they have confirmed they have emailed you all the relevant documentation. The advert for the part-exchange car was posted over 12 days later. We replaced the Turbo (the invoice by Kia which was sent to you) and advertised the car for sale. Therefore, as mentioned earlier in my reply to your review, we are extremely disappointed with the fact you feel as though your experience with our company isn't a positive one. Please feel free to give me a ring to discuss any issues which you feel are outstanding and please do get back to me confirming if you have received the warranty documentation.

Purchased the car online. Car was not as described online. Asked various questions about the car and got lies in response. Asked to return vehicle as per distance selling regulations but got the run around and then they stopped responding. If you look at many of the reviews on other sites they seem too similar to be independant. Please be very careful if you deal with this company.
