I had such a positive experience with Woodbine Motors. They went above and beyond when I purchased a 2010, 38k mile Toyota in Aug. It's reassuring to know that there are still reputable garages out there that are committed to providing excellent customer service. I waited till the three month warranty expired to give a review, as the true test of a garage is how they are when things go wrong. These chaps did not disappoint. They were quick to address a couple of niggles, that wouldn't have been evident until driven regularly. When I messaged the garage they communicated with me promptly. They had my car back on two occasions, picked up at my convenience and kept me fully informed. I now plan to use Woodbine for all my future car needs MOT & service. I would highly recommend Woodbine Motor Group to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable garage in Bolton. Prior to buying this car I had a terrible experience with a different garage I thought the sort of garage I was looking for didn't exist anymore but Woodbine is it. Thank you so much for the way you treated me & my car, true gentlemen & honest. When the time comes to replace the car I will be back to you in a heartbeat

We found this garage on autotrader, we bought our daughter a Fiat 500 from them, very helpful staff. Visited the garage and to save us going back, the car was delivered by the owner on a trailer. A very honest person, who cares about his reputation, old school. So far so good. Thank you.

Purchased A Toyota Auris from this car sales, Excellent customer services and value for money on the Price of the vehicle, after agreeing a price they promised to provide the Auris with a 12 months MOT. Since it was a matter of returning to the garage they were happy to delivery the car without a charge although it was at a distance. When I offered a Deposit which they did not accept and payment on delivery only, they even offered me that if I was not happy when receiving the vehicle they would take the car back without obligation. At no point was I pushed to buy the car.

Absolutely brilliant customer service, friendly, helpful and not pushy In the slightest, very professional service from start to finish, made for a stress and hassle free experience., great selection of cars, one of which I purchased. Extremely impressed with Woodbine Motors, I will most definitely be recommending them and will be returning again one day when I fancy an upgrade!, no need to go anywhere else, true story! Thank you so much!
Bought my Verso here and I've already ridden it for 50miles with no issues! The car was sent for MOT test before getting sent to us and they've sorted everything even the advisory notes (replaced both front tyres with brand new) Sohail has also been helping me sort out some stuff after that which is really great! Thank you to Kalim and co for their outstanding service. I was very anxious to buy a car from Manchester seeing as I live in London. I was very weary of parting with my money. However, Kalim is very trustworthy and polite. He reassured me from the moment I purchased the car to the delivery of my car and afterwards. Thank you so much. What a breath of fresh air at Woodbine motors. I've bought quite a few s/hand cars over the years & a lot of places should have 'buyer beware' in lights on their front. I bought a small 2 seat Mazda mx5. I dealt with Sol. He told me to take the car for a test drive by myself. Due to the corona virus it had been standing & rather than recharging the battery he fitted a new good quality one. He supplied a new electric tyre pump, new bottle of sealant with a Jack & wrench. The car has a new MOT. I have run the car for a few weeks to check it before writing this review. Woodbine motors takes the worry & pot luck out of buying a car.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car! Woodbine always provide excellent customer service as well as a reliable and value for money vehicle. I trust their opinion and advice when choosing a car and have never regretted it! Recommend them highly!
