You would always be worried while buying your first car and especially if you are planning to buy a pre-loved one. So was the case with me. I visited the Garage in after hours on a bank holiday and the owner was more than accommodating. I had a specific model in my mind the and fortunately they had it in the garage, the car was prepared like new. Here comes the background check and all the documents were presented and were very convincing. They did a 50 point check on the vehicle before procuring which gave me complete peace of mind. I recently bought a Mercedes from Woodcroft Motors and I must say what a fantastic experience it was. You are greeted with a warm welcome and a coffee or hot chocolate, free to look around without being pestered or hassled. Children are welcome and offered drinks and there are even toys in the office area to keep them quite while conducting your new car arrangements. Honest part exchange evaluations and a very professional service, my car had a few issues and the team made sure these where fully sorted even after the deal was done!
