From my initial email to Ray at Woodcroft Motors everything was absolutely brilliant. Was travelling from Ireland so had to sort out a good few details over the phone and by email and the response times and help I got was excellent. Car I bought is in immaculate condition and I'm very happy with the value I got. When I arrived in Thornaby, Ray offered to collect me from the station and very good to deal with in person also. Had an issue with taxing the car here in Ireland, of my own doing, and Ray has been speedy and efficient in his responses to that as well so the after sales service is excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending Woodcroft Motors to anyone buying a car and I'll be back again when I'm trading up in a few years time for definite.

I would like to say a big thank you to Ray and the team at Woodcroft Motors for such an effortless and easy exchange. Ray was able to give me the full details of the car and work around my unsocial hours to get me in to view the car and test drive, on arrival the car was started from cold which was a nice change from what most dealers do. Prior to test drive Ray was able to give a thorough walk around of the car and was extremely knowledgeable about its features. We got an excellent price for our old vehicle in part-ex, and a very good price for the new one with the changeover arranged again for a time suitable for me. The vehicle was given a comprehensive 50 point check prior to pick up and came with a 3 months comprehensive warranty included. We did unfortunately have an issue with the vehicle but again Ray stepped in and dealt with the warranty company on our behalf so repairs were carried out expediently. I would not hesitate to purchase from Woodcroft again. If you like luxury cars this showroom is like Willy Wonka’s chocolate room, it might not look like much from the outside but prepare to be impressed.

I would highly recommend Woodcroft Motors to anyone. I found Ray and his team on Autotrader when I was looking for my new car. They had the exact car I wanted, at a good price and were only 40 miles away, so I decided to give them a try. I dealt with Ray from start to finish: he was friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to advise without giving the “hard sell”. He was happy to see me out of hours, without which I could not have bought the car so quickly and efficiently. I have never experienced such service from an Audi main dealer, and this philosophy of going above and beyond expectations is what really sold the car to me. They may not have the fancy extras you get at a franchised Audi dealer (receptionists, cafés etc) but if you want that, pay the extra at a franchised Audi dealer, however you won’t get the same kind of service I received from Ray. I had one minor problem with the car afterwards, which Ray sorted immediately. Would I buy another car from Woodcroft? Emphatically, “YES”! I have already told Ray to give me a ring when he gets a specific car in to stock, hopefully some time into the future as I am enjoying my current car so much.

I naturally expected good professional service when buying a car but my expectations have been exceeded. My experience in the past with other cars I have bought was that once the sale was made, the salesperson went on to other sales and I was left to deal with other people. With the lexus f sport it seems that I have had even more help and attention after the delivery from you than the great service i experienced before the delivery. This has been most helpful and rewarding, making my purchase more enjoyable. Congratulations on this approach, we will tell others. It is nice to know that customer service plays a big part of the woodcroft experience and very much appreciated.
