I bought my first car in 2015 with Woodland Carriage Company. I found the staff so helpful and knowledgeable as I don't know much about cars! I drove away happy with no problems. About a year after my purchase I decided I wanted to trade in and get a different car so they arranged for my car to be sold and I purchased my second car, would truly recommend this company to anyone!

I have enquired about Mazda MX5, which looked great on photos on Autotrader and their website, called in to arrange appointment, was told the car won't be available until later date (2 days in the end) due to parking dent and been sent out to bodyshop for repairs. Upon booking appointment I was the car would need some TLC but after arriving (car was parked 2 streets further down) it turned out all wheels needed refurbishing, back light was damaged, the back bumper wasn't fitted properly, the seats were damp and the whole car was dirty! (Tag £3450!) I had really high expectations, but was let down big time, spent 5h travelling and £50 in tickets just to get there to be let down. Each customer and car should be utmost important, so please be honest and have respect for the people and what you do. The business isn't always about making profit, but building something greater that can last and be good for everyone. Cheers.

I bought my 6 series BMW from here. I had been looking for this car for a while but found it at Woodland Carriage with the best spec at a fantastic price. I found the sales team very helpful and refreshingly straight forward and honest to deal with after being messed around elsewhere. I was told of a couple of issues with the car that were put right within the agreed price. LOVE THE CAR, Great Price and Great service. Definitely recommend

I purchased a Porsche 911 from Woodland Carriage Company. I had been looking for over 6 months, I finally found the car with the perfect specification that i wanted from Woodland Carriage, I live in Scotland, and am very fussy so needed a honest description of the car before I made the journey. They gave me a panel by panel description with pictures, they told me about a couple of minor defects with the paintwork that they said they would rectify by the time I got there. So I went ahead with the deal and gave them a deposit, I flew down from Scotland and they picked me up from the airport In my car, and I drove back to the dealer, I found a scuff on an alloy that they did not tell me about, I was a little upset, but Steve the boss made a call to a alloy wheel company in Glasgow and booked them in to sort it. So I was happy to pay and take delivery, I have bought many cars in my time, and found Woodland Carriage to be refreshingly honest, they did exactly what they said they would do, I now have had the car for 3 months, The alloy wheel got sorted, I have had an alternator problem but my local Porsche specialist claimed under Woodlands warranty and it got sorted out no problem. Its just nice to see there are still decent car dealers out there, And would recommend as good honest guys.
