Bought a van Tuesday after bank holiday collected Friday. After test driving three different vans i finally decided, the staff were great and the man in charge i resume the owner couldn't do enough, agreed to remove unwanted racking and gave me a free roof rack fitted. All the vehicles were super condition, thanks Woodlands Van Centre.

Compliments regarding our customer service are always welcome and pleasers myself and my staff when i pass them on. It is also great when customers comment on our vans being in good condition as we spend hours trying to"prep" the vehicles to a high standard.
Popped by today to view a van at Woodlands Van Centre i really liked the look of and had full intention of purchase, until the gentleman spoke to me. We asked to view the load area of a van and was told to "ahh, go away. I dont have time for opening vans today". Such poor customer service and such a shame as the place looks good on the out set.

Very sorry we did not meet your expectations, customer service is very important to us. I did try to explain that being a bank holiday weekend a lot of our staff were away. I did try to explain that all three of the BT transit's were the same in the rear, with identical racking and shelving and you had viewed two out of the three. I did explain that we were closing and that you was not sure what you really wanted that it would be better if you could return another day as we were closing. No offence was intended but unfortunately we had to close for the bank holiday. My apologises again, no offence was meant, may be a call prior to arrival would have helped, but sorry again, please don't allow this to put you off and if we can compensate in anyway? maybe a full tank of fuel at point of service would remedy any bad feeling? Sorry i will try harder in the future who ever you are, but thank you for the feedback and for stating how good our vehicles and place looks, good presentation is very important us.
We purchased a Ford Transit Tipper from Woodlands Van Centre it was very clean as described over the phone. They serviced and supplied a new MOT. The whole deal was completed in 48hrs , we were really impressed as without a truck our business stops.

I dealt with Aaron from Woodlands Van Centre who was polite and obliging. We came to an agreement on price before a test drive which I found an unusual practice but didn't think anything of it. We sat down post drive to chat and for me to go through the service history. We discussed what vehicle I owned (I'd ridden a motorbike down to ensure I got there in good time) and I said a Navara. Aaron went to enquirer about part ex on it. On his return I said I would call tomorrow to pay the deposit on the phone for the van after I'd moved some money around that night. Brilliant I'm thinking! Setting off to leave I'm then very rudely accused by another man, who I'd not said a word to, of wasting his time. He was 'baffled' as to why I'd not driven my truck down. I replied by saying 'you are aware I want to buy the van' to which he said 'I don't care, we're busy enough'. Suffice to say I'll be spending my money elsewhere.

Absolute messer! so glad he has wrote a review so i can show what we have to put up with! Customer had been phoning us numerous days prior to viewing the vehicle which was great, on two occasions failed to turn up. Finally the customer called again asking if we could stay open half a hour after closing time, i explained i am a single parent which makes it difficult but agreed. I asked if he would need finance(as in some cases it is best to get the proposal agreed first) and had he any px, to both questions he replied no. Our salesman came into the office stating he felt a little "dubious" about how serious the customer was, this is why i suggested we came to a agreement on price prior to a test drive. After the test drive(may i add past 6pm) our salesman returned into the office asking if we would take a Nissan Navara in px, at this point i went out to meet the customer puzzled as he had stated he had no px, and asked if he had a price in mind? as we can not value something we can not see, not to mention this is the first we had heard of a px and he had turned up on a motorbike, he answered by saying he would have to ask the wife. At this point i told the customer he would not be purchasing our very, very clean and rare 4x4 Transit. Not aggressive, he simply didn't like being told. Woodlands Van Centre Ltd can well do without customers like this be rest of sured.
Good customer service! Bought a truck from Woodland van centre all fine, 3 days later had "no brakes!" They supplied a little van and collected my truck. Master cylinder had gone- 48 hours later fixed and returned. They couldn't have helped more.

Went to site to view vehicle, great staff. Van very clean as described over the phone. They supplied a new Mot, Service and Delivered the vehicle to our door for free- great package. Defo recommend Woodlands Van Centre.

Woodlands Van Centre have no interest in after sales support or service. Had a problem with the flywheel/clutch on a van days after purchase but was told "nothing wrong with it" after returning three times.... despite my mechanic and also mercedes benz telling me hands down needed a new one. They finally agreed to pay for new clutch but when completed denied all knowledge of this, leaving me with the bill.... not to mention the aggressive nature of the owner when trying to resolve this problem. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

The vehicle was a Mercedes Sprinter 313 LWB, 2012, ex lease vehicle, covering 64000 miles at point of sale. The vehicle was sold on the 21/05/16. The review has just been placed 10 months after purchase, why? The vehicle was inspected by two different mechanics and found to be fit for purpose, driving and selecting all gears. Woodlands Van Centre Ltd at no point authorised any work or repair, including a replacement clutch. The vehicle has been/could have been fit for purpose for over six months, Trading Standards view this as a sufficient warranty period. Not to mention the customer bought the vehicle to hire out to bands travelling the UK & Europe. The customer left abusive reviews on Autotrader which have both been refused publication and informed to change the content of their review. Woodlands Van Centre Ltd pride ourselves on our customer service, we supply hundreds of commercials annually and have lots of happy customers, we are sorry in this instance we were un-able to achieve the same result.
